The supervisor tried to help, but it was to no avail. She told me that someone would give me a call. I had to give her my information. Why could she have not done a void after. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.

By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!

They pay low but expect you to do the most for them when they ask. They gave me only 4 hours out of the week n I'd get 40 dollars for each paycheck. I'm glad I got out of kohls bc all my family members that worked at kohls quit bc of how corrupted the workplace is. So if you are considering working here please don't, find a job that will honor ur worth and not run to over you. They also made us ask customers to sign up for a kohls card , DONT DO IT!!!! After waiting over 30 minutes for the owner to appear, she told me no returns, only store credit. I was promptly shown a sign hidden behind a almost dead poinsettia plant. I said the sign was hidden and she rudely said the receipt stated no refunds. I asked why she did not tell me there were no refunds when I purchased from her, she said she didn't have time to tell everybody about the no return rule. She kept the sign hidden behind the plant. I left feeling sick. I was trying to buy local, no more purchases from this lady!
