The supervisor tried to help, but it was to no avail. She told me that someone would give me a call. I had to give her my information. Why could she have not done a void after. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.

By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. Someone give me some ideas on how and when I can wear this beautiful dress again. LOL
