The store feels like it's on the verge of going out of business. It's dirty, unorganized, empty, void of customers and I never see a manager on the floor. I normally avoid the busier times and go in the morning or early afternoon hours. The kids line Jumping Beans was my favorite when my son was younger especially having no tags as that was always something my son was bothered by. Kohl's cash and sales helps to save money also. One of my favorite sales was a waffle maker that was a Mother's day sale a few years ago. I like that now they accept Amazon returns also which is a smart idea to keep up with the times.
