Super professional and knowledgeable in all low voltage electrical like smart home connections and syncing everything up with Alexa, making my home wifi super fast! I am so happy I came across Wire Ninjas on Yelp. José just seems like a cool human. We did a lot in my new construction home. Connected and mounted a bunch of new tvs included a Samsung Frame above my fireplace. It's an involved process. Definitely leave it to the professionals. Sped up my wifi, no longer needing the crappy Verizon equipment. Set up exterior Ring flood light cameras, helped me set up my Ring doorbell and Smart lock. Now we are working on putting dimmers almost everywhere with smart switches that connect with Alexa. Total game changer! Excellent service and professionalism. I felt comfortable and trusted them to do their thing while I ran some errands and picked up my kids from school. Call Wire Ninjas! Upgrade your home. It's a worthy investment you won't regret. Very fair pricing.

Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. At first I thought maybe it was something simple since I'm not very tech savvy but after the guy came I realized there was some damage but the IT guy was super knowledgeable. I had a WiFi network installed by professionals that never worked well and after multiple visits…read morefrom them, many of them where they charged me, I just got so frustrated I called Smart Start Networks. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!
