Poke bowl with seasoned ahi and salmon
    Ann K.

This place is such a find! Fresh and delicious poke with lots of topping options. I had the ahi and spicy salmon with seaweed salad (would've liked more for $1 extra), pickled cucumber, carrots, rice, greens, pineapple, mandarin oranges, edamame, jalapeños, and crunchy onions and nori. Loved the balance of citrus, poke, and salty flavors. Service was very friendly, especially the guy helping us. Very clean. Easy to find off of i70. We will definitely be back!

Wonder service, wide variety of options to create your own bowl. Counter service and carry out casual. Fairly priced and fresh!

You make the order at the counter and will get a text when the order is ready. We ordered a half chicken which would have been enough for us in general but the batter was so crispy and well seasoned that we were highly tempted to order a whole chicken just to take home with us to brag to other family. It was sooooo good! I am from South Korea and I know when my chicken is good. Even some Korean chicken franchise in Denver can't do this good. It will come with a sauce for dipping on the side. We chose the bird sauce and was perfect to dip or mix it in with a jasmine rice along with complementary herbs (basil, cilantros, etc) and cucumber salad. Plus their special soft serve of the day made it even more perfect. We had a coconut soft serve ice cream topped with caramel sauce which was very good. Not overwhelming just refreshing as a whole. This will be our place for sure whenever we pass by! Chicken and outer range hazy ipa were perfect match. I loved that they are existing together. We were starving and I regret so much for not taking the photos. Miss the place already

It looks creative in a way that they combine two different cuisines and cultures (Vietnamese and Japanese to say it exact) and yet what they came up with is nothing but a tourist trap place that lacks authenticity. It's on the second floor of a building. The restaurant is clean and spacious with ample tables and chairs. Since we were there well outside of the busy lunch hour, we got the employees' undue attention. And they were quite welcoming and friendly. The food? Meh. Everything we got lacked the true authenticity. -Lunch Nigiri: The four nigiris simply didn't look fresh. Fortunately however, they didn't taste bad. And yet the overall quality was mediocre at best. This combo plate came with a salad and a soup (called Japanese soup). The salad was the worst out of all where it looked and tasted old and stale. And the soup? It wasn't a miso soup. It's a clear broth soup. But my question was, "What's Japanese about it anyway?" -Agedashi tofu: They really need to work on the "presentation" more. This skimpy looking dish simply didn't look good. It surprisingly didn't taste bad but it failed to impress us. Another mediocre dish. -Thai tea with boba: My daughter didn't care for it at all. I took a sip of it. It tasted a bit too bitter where the tea appeared to have been over-brewed. Yikes! The three stars might be a bit too much of an inflated assessment. And yet I appreciated the friendliness of the employees so 1 additional star is the manifestation of my sincere gratitude to them.

This place is so cute, cozy and clean. The big pineapple on the wall was so fun and bright and so was the wallpapers in the bathroom. It was calm and simple (which I enjoyed). They did have music playing overhead. It could have been turned down just a notch tho. I was greeted by a young g lady. I mentioned it was my first time there, but really no response. I didn't ask any questions, just took the menu and stepped back as others had walked in and I didn't know what I wanted. It was a pretty self explanatory menu. On the back side they did have some new sections that said "coming soon". I wish there were more options for the base of the bowls, If there were I didn't see that on the menu. I did see that you could build your own but went with the first one on the menu. I sat in one of the chairs at the table. I was comfy. And I could see going with some friends or your family. I got mine to go. It only took about 10 mins. It was tasty and filling- and I would go again. Recommend going during the weekday late mornings, I got free parking out front (and I hear parking isn't the best these days in downtown evergreen). Plenty of parking on a Friday morning.
