We were never asked if we wanted another drink, and our water glasses sat empty long enough that we finally had to ask another server for refills. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't the level of service you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. One thing to know before you go--the prices are on the higher side. My burger and Parmesan fries were around $33, so this isn't your average burger joint. That said, the quality of the food helps justify the price. Overall, the kitchen absolutely delivers, and that's why we'll be back. They acknowledged my concern, but neither of the two men working made any effort to speak with the table or address the disruptive behavior. In my opinion, this is ultimately the restaurant's responsibility. Customers should not have to tolerate loud, disruptive behavior simply because other parents choose not to manage it. When you're spending approximately $70 on lunch, it's reasonable to expect a comfortable dining environment. I understand that restaurants can't control every customer's behavior, but they can control how they respond when a customer is clearly disrupting the experience of everyone around them. Unfortunately, the lack of response from the staff is the reason I will not be returning. The food may have been fine, but good customer service includes making sure all guests can enjoy their meal without being subjected to someone else's disruptive behavior.
