In search for my 7th bikini set and board shorts for paddling... I walked in here with a mission…read more.. sadly, their bikini designs weren't calling for me so I checked out their board shorts... to no avail. Alas, I saw them... Sanuk black yoga mat flip flops! It was the token one left, with no size but it looked big enough to be my size (8) and I tried it and it was love at first sight all over again. I grabbed it... went straight to the register with a big smile -- staff smiled at me and I told him I've been searching for these color all day long. He said he was glad they could help... oh yes =) Anyway, cool spot for all you Sanuk fans and their bikinis/board shorts are a hit or miss depending on the season... that's what the staff said.

I've been a long-time fan of this brand, but my recent experience at the Maui store was very shady…read more I found a baby/toddler shirt tagged at $40. At the register, it rang up as $45. When I pointed out the tag, the clerk admitted they knew it said $40 but were 'updating prices' and refused to honor the marked price. It's a shame to see a local business resort to these types of deceptive pricing tactics. It's not about the $5; it's about the principle of transparency. I paid it this time because I had my 1-year-old nephew with me and didn't want to cause a scene, but I won't be back. I hope management fixes this before they lose their reputation with the community.

The salesladies were very helpful in finding different sizes and rushing the various size options to the dressing room. Very nice service - mahalo. Nikki the "manager" was rude and did not care to back up her employees on what they said when I…read morepurchased an item. I went in to look for a puddle float jumper for my daughter and they had one available for $50 (they are less than $20 anywhere else). It looked as if it had been returned and taped up. It looked a little small in the package so I asked if I could return it if it doesn't fit my daughter... the woman at the register said sure if it is in resalable condition you shouldn't have to worry about it. The next day my daughter put it on and it seemed fine until she jumped in the water, it slid half way down her body and would not stay up even after adjusting the strap, on top of that my daughter came out of the water with rashes all over her armpits and arms. The next day I came in to return the item, Nikki was the only associate in the store and when I handed her the item saying I want to return it she just looked at it and immediately without hearing me out just said I can't take it back.. it's been used. I tried explaining the situation and she just kept interrupting and saying she couldn't return the item! I am very disappointed, paying $50 for an item that hurt my child and the "manager" not having any compassion or sense of customer service to hear me out is unacceptable!

I was looking to buy a new bathing suit and this was one of the few places in the mall that…read moreactually carries bikinis and one-piece suits. Many of the suits in the front of the store are rather pricey--$30-80 per piece for a bikini and $100-200 for most one-piece suits. There was also an issue of tops being available in one color, but not in the bottoms and vice versa. (I know mixing colors is popular, but I prefer to go with the same colors and patterns.) I saw the $9.99 sale rack and got really excited. For that price, I won't be picky with the colors. Unfortunately, the one-piece suits on "sale" on this rack were still over $150 and the bikini tops were so tiny. If I tried to shove myself into one of those tops, I would be cited for indecent exposure. It's a shame because the colors were really cute. If you don't mind paying for a more expensive suit or mixing your colors/patterns, you should be able to find something here. However, if you are just looking for something simple and economical for your vacation, you may want to check elsewhere.

I love the graphics of the fish; and, only wish they had the name spelled out in the front; but, that doesn't seem to be fashionable in any of the prints. The person working the register was very helpful in helping us understand how the prints are displayed (front design, back design, etc.) Our daughter found the coolest "vintage" design from the 70s and it's now one of her favorites.
