He was nice and seemed to know what he was doing but overcharging people and giving misinformation won't keep clients in the long run. Our pool turned green again shortly after he stopped. We are much happier with our new pool service company as they seem honest and committed and do the job within budget. We also found out we didn't need a new filter or new sand after all!
