The area is beautiful and clean. The property has more than what you might need to stay and live and enjoy vacation. Jessica and Diane have been absolute stars in the process of selling my property. Due to…read moreunfortunate timing, I had to sell a property at one of the worst markets in the last 40 years but Jessica and Diane were incredibly competent, responsive, fantastic, and truly went above and beyond. They anticipated questions, sent extremely thorough information and research, looked into out-of-the-box solutions, and they also fielded issues before they even got to me, so that when I was presented with them they already had solutions lined up. We got a deal we were all happy with in the end and closing went incredibly smooth. They also had great advice for navigating the market, and despite the fact that we could not put the property up for sale for a year due to estate/legal issues, they were still giving it their all and sending me information and helping me set up the property to prepare it to sell throughout this time. I would hire them for absolutely anything, but of course their specialties are in the real estate market! Jessica is an undeniable pro and I can't believe the amount of hours she put in for the sale process of this property. She knew all the right referrals and streamlined every possible process to an incredible degree. This was a very stressful time in my life, but I know for a fact that it would have been 10x worse without them removing every obstacle and roadblock for me! I kept telling my friends and family how much I appreciated Jessica and all she was doing for me. If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home I can't imagine a better pick. You know those teachers in school that wouldn't give anyone an A+ because no one is perfect? Even those guys would give it to Jessica.

As a first-time homebuyer and being new to the process, I had so many questions, and Jessica made the entire experience seamless, stress free and truly enjoyable. She took time to truly understand what I was looking for and the patience and dedication she showed in the process was unmatched. Although patient with me, Jessica's sense of urgency was on another level with communication, getting questions answered and documentation complete. Communication and access to information was extremely important to me and whether it was via text, email, phone or the Compass App (which I was blown away with), she had rapid response time whether it was early morning, late night, weekday or weekend which was so appreciated and allowed me to move quickly. Jessica knows the Maui Market inside and out and on top of that, she has great knowledge of each Condo Community and even veered me towards specific locations, buildings and units within the communities due to highway noise, wind directions, sun location etc. which was not initially on my radar. She also went above and beyond with referrals that were tailor made to my specific needs. The network she has with anything remotely related to real estate on Maui was a huge asset and made the whole process stress free from start to finish. Whether it was a lender, title company, inspector, plumber, electrician, locksmith or AC company, her experience and relationships saved me so much time and stress. Thanks to Jessica's expertise and support, I ended up with the perfect condo that well exceeded what I imagined was obtainable within my price range. If you're looking for the perfect place to call home and a smooth, enjoyable buying process, look no further. Mahalo Jessica!!

I told that I would take the contract (BTW) the Vacation Rental prices for Maui in feb of 2022 are 3x what they normally are...in this case it was between $650-$850 a night!!!!!! The rental agent (her name is Melody) send me a note after we had agreed and said that the tenant that was staying there after me extended their stay into the time that we had agreed. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Melody could have told the other client that the day was taken and could have given me the common courtesy of calling and letting me know that the tenant after me wanted the day, but she did not...possible reasons- 1. Did not want to tell the other tenant that it was taken 2. Lazy - since everyone and their brother wants to go on a vacation now folks like her are just taking orders and making enormous profit.

It also can be hard to find--my taxi driver from airport and Uber driver both drove by it the first time (it is not well-marked). It is in a beautiful area and kind of takes you back in time on Maui which is very nice. When you pull in, you will find a spot on the right--and then to get to the office you will cross back over the front and a big deck to the left. I knew I was going to be late and called so that they would leave a key for me. When you walk in there is a beautiful open area that extends to the place where breakfast is eaten. Unlike traditional inns or B&Bs they do have breakfast, but there is some law that prevents them from serving hot food. Instead, you get some delicious fresh fruit, cereal, and some really tasty danishes. The proprietors are really nice people. There are a few rooms. I think mine was the smallest (the Maui room). It was fine for me traveling alone, however if there are a couple of people I would make sure to confirm you have a bigger room. One difficult point for some is that there is no air conditioning. This part of the island does seem cooler and since it rained a couple nights I was comfortable, but think for some that might be an issue. Finally, as noted in some of the rules be aware of the booking restrictions, if you book through sites you will be given a four day minimum.

It just tasted like regular guava... incredibly disappointing! That said, Krista and Miles were absolutely amazing. They are a great team! Krista was engaging, interactive, fun, and honestly one of the best tour guides I've ever had.
