Not a great option for vegans maybe as every serving is cooked in the same pan, but for me as a vegetarian it's okay, they rinse and quickly brush the wok in between every serving and I just ignore the fact that it's all pre-cooked in the same stock. It's never made me ill and the reason I'm a vegetarian is that meat makes me ill, so if it doesn't hurt me, it shouldn't hurt other vegetarians either. They have a selection of sushi, sides (noodles, egg rolls, saté, soup etc.), fruits, ice cream and of course the fresh vegetables, meats and fish for in the wok and on the griddle. Delicious! And watching them preparing the meals is just watching them creating art. If you like fresh high quality food this is the place to get it.
