Not a great option for vegans maybe as every serving is cooked in the same pan, but for me as a vegetarian it's okay, they rinse and quickly brush the wok in between every serving and I just ignore the fact that it's all pre-cooked in the same stock. It's never made me ill and the reason I'm a vegetarian is that meat makes me ill, so if it doesn't hurt me, it shouldn't hurt other vegetarians either.
