A few weeks ago, the spring on our garage door broke in the early morning. I got through to the Company when they opened at 8 a.m. Derek provided instructions on how to get our door open. I was able to get my car out and get to work. He arranged a time later that morning to replace the spring, and everything was back to normal by the end of the day.

Made sure I was aware of arrival time , length and order of installation, and also let me know of some pre arrival prep for my facility for quick and easy service. LANDON is a beast! He had to cut and fit through 3 old ancient roll up doors to replace with the new ones ordered, and he fit them in perfect. Joe was also awesome when he came and assisted. Huge thing that made me want to share my experience is how they took care of my gym during the service. Landon had full awareness of my gym flooring, making sure not do any pivoting on the floor with the lift. They also swept up leaves and cleaned up debris that flew into my gym when the doors were open, which was above and beyond for me. I called Hale…read moreKa'a Doors lete in the afternoon and they said somebone would be by my place in tge warly morning. I got a text saying they were 30 minutes out around 8 am. He showed up right on time. He surveyed the door and saw the problem right away. Both of the cables supporting the door were frayed, and one of them had come off its hook. He replaced both cables and tested the door several times and was all done. He cleaned up and was off to help someone else.
