I bought a pair of Prada glasses last year and that was the first time I purchased at this location. I was delighted with the service I received. I loved my glasses and they were my go to pair. Unfortunately my favorite pair lost a screw. Jen and Luke were both, again, very patient and resourceful. Jen found me the look and fit I was after and then some! I ended up happily exchanging the one pair and gladly paid extra for the second and third pair! I love how well Jen is managing this location and the employees she has hired and trained. I've been treated with kindness and patience every time! I'm again, very impressed and pleased. I will remain loyal and continue to purchase my glasses at this location. Thank you so much!!!

The first time I broke an armpiece (yes, do store them in their case!), I decided to drive a hundred miles to Peoria for the repair rather than rely on mail service, and I was so wowed by the staff and surroundings that I bought a smaller, "backup" pair. I've been back since then for arm repairs and they were just as amazing: It's a master class in customer service! Upshot: Pricy but so worth it.

Since they offer a two-year warranty, I sent them in expecting the repair to be covered. Instead, I was charged $95 and told the damage was "normal wear and tear," not a manufacturer's defect. If sunglasses can split in half after only a year and a half and that isn't considered a manufacturer's defect, what exactly is? Very disappointing warranty policy. I would not recommend this company.

I have been a loyal customer of All About Eyes for several years and have always appreciated their…read moregood service, but my visit yesterday was completely unacceptable. When we walked in, three employees were sitting around chatting. Not a single person stood up to greet us or offer assistance while we browsed for frames. In past visits here--and at other optical shops--staff have actively helped find styles to match what I need. It is especially frustrating that the store limits weekend hours citing staffing shortages, yet when staff are present, they show no interest in doing the work. Given this sharp decline in customer care, I am seriously questioning whether to return or take my business elsewhere.

Well, I recently called and tried to make an appointment and they told me they would have to check with the business manager! They called me back and the business manager said no, never. For asking a doctor if he was going to be able to help me keep my eyesight????? I still don't get. My eyesight is not good enough to drive to Iowa City and it's just me. So, I am going to talk to the Illinois eye doctors association and see if they can get me in to one of the specialists. If not, I am going to an attorney and sue if I lose anymore of my eyesight. This is out of control for merely asking a doctor if he is going to be able to help me keep my eyesight!
