I purchased my glasses and when I went back to pick them up I was having trouble with the bifocal position. After trying them for a few weeks, I went back in and "Molly" assisted me with readjusting. A big thank you to Molly for all her time and patience in helping me resolve my issue!!

When we walked in, three employees were sitting around chatting. Not a single person stood up to greet us or offer assistance while we browsed for frames. In past visits here--and at other optical shops--staff have actively helped find styles to match what I need. It is especially frustrating that the store limits weekend hours citing staffing shortages, yet when staff are present, they show no interest in doing the work. Given this sharp decline in customer care, I am seriously questioning whether to return or take my business elsewhere.

Follow-up communication has been slow, I've spoken to someone on the phone 3 times since my appointment over a week ago and still don't have an explanation of why this happened, or why the doctor sent me to the optical department.
