He cleaned everything up and didn't leave any debris. However he left to get a part from HomeDepot and he was gone for over two hours. He was professional and courteous. I asked him to return to carpet my patio and fix a few other things. He was supposed to call me right back.i didn't hear from him for about a week. He gave a a quote, I was pleased. I-asked when could he start, this was on-a Monday, he said Thursday at 9am. I-waited all day, he did not come until 5pm. His work is excellent, he is a professional in his carpentry. The job that was supposed to take one day turned into 3. I love his work,his craftsmanship he is great he should be more punctual in completing the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Victor.

I can definitely say that while your project is going on, Ray and his crew were prompt and professional. Based on customer service alone, I would give them a 1 star. What I did not like was how often the project design changed (as far as the size of cabinets and where they would be). Everyday it seemed like the original plan was changing and the excuse was always "my kitchen is small" - well if that's the case, don't tell me you can put in cabinets and then later tell me, they wont fit. The cost of the project never changed, but I had to stand up for myself and say that I wasn't going to pay extra for cabinets Ray bought and couldn't use, wasn't my fault - I am not the contractor. When Ray provided the quote, he said he would do the tile back splash; however, I had to pay out of pocket for the tile backsplash material, and I was okay with that because I didn't specify that portion (although I assumed the material would be included along with the labor). At that point, I was so ready to be done with the crew (3 weeks with no stove/sink can do that to you) that I just paid for the material so they could get done and get out. Now that my project is over and I have concerns about my kitchen and the tile backsplash, Ray is a ghost. My project was completed on 7-28-17, I texted, called and emailed many times before Ray finally responded on 8-23-17 and came out to discuss the issues, but of course I would have to pay him more than I already paid. When he was here he did say that he would fix a portion of the kitchen wall where the backsplash is crooked, and again he is nowhere to be found. Oh - but first he tried to say that sometimes the backspalsh comes crooked - luckily i had left over so I could show him that the remaining backspalsh isn't crooked. I also mentioned that if his guy noticed that the backsplash was crooked, he should have fixed it right away instead of grouting/completing the job and used another piece. Also, he asked for $5000 down, which is illegal (cause it was more than 10% of the total job) and he could not provide me with an itemized bill for the job (shady?).

So much damage was caused due to a water line break, but with the help of HHS I was able to get my home repaired and a reasonable price. Jason and his crew were competent and all residential construction entities, including but not limited to demolition, removal of jimmo material framing, removal of copper plumbing and replacing with pecks, electrical work, drywall taping and muddying, tile work, cabinet install, paint as well as finish work. Although it was a long process I am so satisfied due to the perfectionism as well as keen eye for detail that the owner Jason possesses. It's my fault for being trusting and not inspecting but I never thought I would get tricked. He installed a brand new tub but it was broken and he just plastered and covered it with plaster the tub was scratched and cracked. The tile was also cracked. He didn't install my closets doors right either. It hasn't been 2 years and the tile flooring he laid is coming undone. The glass door he installed is coming undone too. He never finish certain details like the floor . Water leaks out of my shower. They painted the walls and got paint all over the closet carpet. He installed a vanity and cut horribly. Worst of all when he did demo, he cut some pipes to my AC and didn't fix them, when I had a new AC system installed they found the leak where he cut the pipe. I have documented prof. From AC company. I wasn't going to post or say anything because I was ashamed for being hustled but to many things have gone wrong. My best advice is to avoid this person. Just my personal opinion and experience.
