Disappointing experience working with this company. They did my putting green that I have in my…read moreback yard. I didn't like the way it turned out and wanted to extend it/make it larger and they said they couldn't do it. I'm still confused by that. I worked with a separate landscape company to landscape the rest of my backyard and there seems to be a lot of finger pointing between companies. In the end I'm stuck with a product that I'm not satisfied with. It was difficult to get them to actually do the job and once they did I feel like it was rushed. Project started in December and the winds from the winter time blew the putting green over because it wasn't "completed". I was staring at an upside down putting green with nails coming out of it until May. Extreme safety hazard with little kids.

I now have a 4 foot-long, bone-shaped turf rug from TM Turfscapes, So. Hamilton, in my kitchen. I…read morehave it in front of the sink and it's great on my feet, nice and cushion-y. However, the real appreciators are my cat and dog. The cat uses it as a scratching post yet her vigorous tugging doesn't seem to affect the rug at all. When she moves away from the spot, our dog rushes in and lies there until she kicks him out. This really is a comfortable rug underfoot. Not only would it be a great gift for pet owners, but for those who have to stand for long periods. Best of all, it doesn't attract particles of dust, etc. and always looks new. I'm thinking of getting one for my sister-in-law and her 2 Basset hounds for Xmas.

However 2) Follow up Customer Service is awful and I don't know how this person continues the business. Last year 2022 I had an issue needing a repair, never saw Joe, he sent two workers that spent no more than 15 minutes, couldn't explain why the issue occurred and left supposedly having fixed it. April this year 2023, the exact issue occurred. I contacted Joe and told, he'd get back to me. He didn't so a few calls later he did and told me he'd stop by when "in the area".
