I worked with a separate landscape company to landscape the rest of my backyard and there seems to be a lot of finger pointing between companies. In the end I'm stuck with a product that I'm not satisfied with. It was difficult to get them to actually do the job and once they did I feel like it was rushed. Project started in December and the winds from the winter time blew the putting green over because it wasn't "completed". However 2) Follow up Customer Service is awful and I don't know how this person continues the business. Last year 2022 I had an issue needing a repair, never saw Joe, he sent two workers that spent no more than 15 minutes, couldn't explain why the issue occurred and left supposedly having fixed it. April this year 2023, the exact issue occurred. I contacted Joe and told, he'd get back to me. He didn't so a few calls later he did and told me he'd stop by when "in the area". It's now 2 months later and no sign of him. His office person told me on 6/14 he was coming that day. No show. I've left messages twice since with no call back. So If no issues post install, great but expect nothing but lies, no communication .. if anything needs to be done after the install. Go elsewhere!
