While he did get them back up when they were pulling away from the sheetrock, he did not install them at the same level requiring the trimming to be left off since it could be installed over several levels. Glue applied to put the shelves back together visibly is running down the back of a couple units, and the interior shelves were not assembled - a task I was able to complete myself but something I would have expected to be covered in the amount paid. Area was also not cleaned up afterwards, and I was required to supply a ladder and floor coverings - items which I would again assume a handyman would have available. I do wish I had been able to leave a better review, but if someone does work that makes me not want to ever use them again, I think it's only fair to let others know they may also want to be careful using the service.

They communicated between the two of them and set up times independently (based upon our schedule, of course!) for the plumbing to get done and the drywall etc repair to start. Then like clockwork, the one was finished, the other arrived and took over. I cannot stress enough how gentlemanly and considerate these guys are. They covered all surfaces, moved furniture carefully, and lined the walkway between the front door, where they'd set up outside, and the pathway to our dining room where the repair work needed to take place. I'm working from home these days, and even though some of what they had to do was noisy, it was never obtrusive or distracting. They made sure to tent the area to keep debris, dust and noise to a minimum. In fact, they're taking their time to make sure the area is completely dry and secure before putting any finishing touches on the ceiling. AND they custom mixed paint into the popcorn they have to blow on so that it matches as closely as possible to our existing ceiling paint!!
