Terrible! Josh seems friendly enough at first but the quality of work and communication about fixing the things he did wrong or flat out didn't do was terrible. We hired him to install wood stair treads, fix a gutter, paint inside the house, paint the porch railing, power wash the whole house (to include driveway, patio, and sidewalk), to replace a faulty electrical outlet, and several other things. I should have ended the relationship when he told me how he was going to install the stair treads. He was planning to cut so many corners that I did the job myself. When I pointed out the right way to do the job (within code) he told me that would cost extra.
The electrical outlet he installed doesn't work. The paint job was never completed. What he did paint looks like a five year old did it. The baseboards and crown are wavy. We tried several times to contact him so we could get the job done right and retrieve our house key that he kept. He agreed to meet us and never showed up.
Do not use this service. We paid him for jobs that he never completed and some he didn't even start. Now I have to change all the locks on the house and either do the rest of the work myself or pay someone else to do them right. Terrible work. Terrible service. Terrible communication.
