Gresham Mattress World totally exceeded all my expectations, and when it comes down to it the bottom line is price. Well they completely blew my mind on how much I got for such a great price!! I have done my fair share of online research for what type of mattresses and bed frames I was interested in purchasing and about how much they would cost. Like with any big purchase I wanted to make sure that I knew what to expect when it came time to shop. I happened to notice that our local Mattress World was having a sale and stopped in to see what they had to offer. I was met by Stephen whom was more than willing to answer questions and guide me in the right direction. He was amazing at letting me do most of the talking as my main interest was high quality, comfort and affordability. After I put together my ideal package he added up the bill. Not only was it reasonable, but I counter offered and he Accepted my counter offer. Are you Kidding Me!! I got the best service, mattresses well over due for my family, and it was actually fun!! Emerald and gary provided superior customer service with no pressure, After shopping for hours at other mattress stores including sleep country and receiving 3 no's from sleep country, I decided to go back to locally owned Mattress world and said I need a queen bed, pillow top kinda firm under$ 500.00 now. Do to the fact sleep country told me between $1200.00 and$ 2495.00 they could get me into a pillowtop, but not today and I could go to their airport location warehouse and get it my self because its a little after 2:p.m. and we cant deliver for you. what??, are you kidding me??, three no's in a row. I left sleep country shaking my head wondering why I just spent 15 minutes of my valuble time with the used car mentality salesman at sleepcountry. I went back to mattress world and emerald and dave provided a very comfortable queen pillow top mattress and box spring and mattress liner and frame for $484.00 for four items,in under 8 minutes, loaded on top of my car and was driving home in 13 minutes. I'm posting on the Gresham site, but I purchased my Hybrid Sealy foundation and mattress set from Gary Richards at Centennial High School's Mattress Fundraising event (loved having 15% of my purchase price go to support the school!). I can't say enough positive about my experience with Gary and his cohorts. A new mattress is a major purchase and I suffer from chronic pain. I wanted to learn everything I could to make the best choice for my personal needs. Gary was incredibly knowledgable and patient with my questions. He didn't hover yet made himself available to answer questions as they arose. I think I tried every display bed offered!!! It was clear that he want me to walk away educated and very satisfied with my decision. AND I AM. The set was delivered over the weekend by Francisco and his assistant. They were very polite and made sure the mattress and foundation were placed securely on the bed frame. They even gave me time to vacumn after removing the old and before placing the new set. Robert was the BEST! I was moving and needed a new bed as the place I was moving into was smaller and needed a queen with height restrictions to the mattress (bought a Murphy bed). I spent over 2 hours trying all kinds of beds in the store, but finally he steered me to the one I ended up with; I have to say, one of the best I tried. I also bought another full mattress for my son, since it was about time. Both "out-of-this-world" suggestions and his patience to get it right was the defining factor in where I purchased my bed. We bought both beds, mattress protectors and pillows. When we got home, we noticed a defect in the queen protector cover but as his character showed the entire time; he took cover of it hassle free. WE BOUGHT A QUEEN MATTRESS SET FROM GARY THIS WEEKEND!!! We have some family coming for the holidays and needed a new mattress for our extra room.We knew there would be lots of good deals this veterans day weekend so we went out to find a bed.We went to Sleep Country first but they had very expensive beds for what we were looking for.Our next stop was Bedmart which was about the same but we left because this creepy guy with glasses was flirting with my wife and she was uncomfortable.We then went to Mattress World and we found a really good deal on a Sealy Posturepedic with FREE delivery, and several other perks.The part i liked best about Mattress World is when we came in our salesman GARY educated us on the mattresses and helped us make good decision and DID NOT just focus on how much we wanted to spend.Thanks again GARY and i would reccommend this LOCAL FAMILY place to anyone. read more

Robert at Mattress World was SO helpful to our family during a stressful time. We went to move our grandmother to a retirement community and realized the day we were moving that the springs on her mattress were actually broken, so we needed a new one really fast. Robert offered us a great deal on a replacement mattress that was on sale for Memorial Day weekend plus a waterproof mattress pad, which we also needed. And then because it was same day and we called at noon, the delivery van wasn't available and he DELIVERED IT HIMSELF after hours with his own vehicle and hauled away our old mattress. I do business sales for a living and I would hire him. His knowledge in his industry was impressive. We have had a longtime corporate relationship with Robert Waters and he has always gone out of his way to make sure our needs are met in a timely fashion.
