So many different things to consider and deal with on pricing. The pricing is insane!! Even the "sale price" on items is super high. The sofa I looked at had a sale price of $999 and a store closing price of $798. I swear I saw this sofa at another store for $599. So high prices, friendly staff, and a fake store closing sale. Sounds like this store is just trying to make some money from people who think they can get better price from a fake store closing.

So first we were looking at the purple mattress company and we went in to the Gresham station mattress firm location and started looking. The sales associate was name Jeremy and without his help we probably would not have come back and butt are mattress but he was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and we really got along with him. We did not buy our mattress on the first visit we looked around and then came back and decided on the INTELLIbed Midnight king size mattress with an adjustable frame. The bed is perfect for us it was the perfect furnace and not hot like memory foam! It was a lot of money and a bit more than we anticipated on spending but the bed was definitely the most comfortable for my wife and I. He did not try to close the deal to quickly which I find a lot of salespeople do. I was in sales quite a few years in my younger days. They scheduled the delivery only three days later which was very nice the delivery guys were much more than I expected. They brought everything upstairs including this 250 pound mattress and hauled away the old stuff. They made sure that all our questions were answered and everything was cleaned up after delivery. Oh I forgot to mention that everything had to go up and down two flights of stairs. Mary was the first person to help me. She was absolutely great and took the time to show me my options and explain the different features of their wallbeds. She gave me free wood color samples to take home and see with my floor and wall color which would suit me better. I returned a few days later and Gordon helped me with the purchase. The price was great. 20 yrs ago, I purchased a wallbed I wasnt able to bring with me in my move. For just a little more cost than that one, I have a lot more features and this is better built.
