I had the best bed purchasing experience I've ever had at this store. I have spent six years sleeping on the wrong mattress, and it is finally killing me slowly and painfully. Jamie was funny and personable. He took the time to get to know my partner and me, ensuring we got the right fit. He patiently listened to all our concerns and decision-making about what base to buy. He even matched us with pillows. We came back twice because we had to measure and decide what we most wanted, and we tried out more than one bed each time. We never once felt rushed or unwelcome. My bed was killing me, (literally) I was not sleeping well at all. So, my husband and I decided to compare mattresses and we strolled into Bed Mart for a quick look and feel. My husband and I just purchased a memory foam mattress and box spring set at the Gresham Bedmart. Marc helped us and spent several hrs helping us decide on the perfect mattress that met both of our needs. He was very knowledgable and listened well to our comments and questions. It was definitely one of the best sales experiences we have encountered. He wasnt pushy at all and helped us find a good mattress within our budget. He even threw in a bedframe and sheets which made the purchase even more worth it. We received our mattress set yesterday and are very happy with the purchase. i purchased a boxspring and mattress from the location in gresham and the service was great bailey helped us but we were told it would be delivered the next day. That didnt happen i called and was told that they still havent gotten the mattresses in and was told it would be the first. That didnt happen neither i called yesterday and was told they just got them in but had to wait till today the 3rd and now they cant because their trucks got stuck in the snow. I understand that but they lied 3 times so we will not be buying from them again read more

My husband and I visited this store over Thanksgiving weekend. We were greeted by Tom, who was very knowledgeable, candid, and helpful as we specifically came to look at Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We found the one we liked and went with the lower cost iLift adjustable base. Delivery of the mattress and base was fast and without issue. The issue was the iLift frame. It is not as sturdy as we expected. We ran in to a couple issues and Tom took care of us each time, calling us back within minutes of when he said we would, and getting someone out to help take care of the issue. In the end, we upgraded to the Tempur-Pedic Brand Ergo Extend adjustable base. It's much more solid, more quiet, and just all around better...you really do get what you pay for. We had one last snafu before we got exactly what we bought, but again, Tom took care of us that day, made sure we were happy and did it without any grief. With all the mattress competition out there, Tom and the team (the delivery/set up guys) were prompt, professional, personable, and made our bed buying experience a good one. read more

I was bed-dumb to go to this SLICK store. My mother-in-law needed anew bed that was like a hospital bed. We went into the Gresham store and bought a set that the salesman keep insisting that the "bed" could be brought within 60 days and get a refund. We paid cash for the bed ($1,100) and had it delivered. My mother-in-law liked the mattress, but didn't like the base. TWO DAYS LATER, we tried to return the $500 base, only to be told it actually is a "power unit" and could NOT be returned, since the paper signed by my wife clearly lists power unit as not-returnable.....of course, it didn't define what a power unit was. So Bedmart kept my $500....my goal now is to cause Bedmart to lose more than $500 in new business..I'm spreading the word. read more

My wife and I stopped in to look and ended up purchasing a bed that day. We were greeted by Justeen who had only been employed there for 2 weeks, however was already quite knowledgeable about the products that were offered. Since we were the only customers in the store Tim came over to see if there was anything he could provide to help us make up our minds. Justeen's eagerness to share what she had learned and Tim's overall knowledge combined with their customer service skills in general sold us on purchasing from Bedmart. Our experience at Bed Mart, Tim was our salesman, we thought he was truly trying to show us the best deals & inform us on the beds. To our dismay we found out that he was not. First he did not inform us about any gasses that comes out of the pillows and mattress, he said most people don't smell it. he did not show us a deal that their store was offering on the lift beds, The pillows that we bought had a stale moldy smell to them, I called the store and was told it would go away in a couple of days, the smell got worse also we were not happy with the mattress so we went back, let Tim smell the pillows he looks at us and said he did not smell anything, we were shocked and said serious, the smell was undeniable, he let us know we better be nice to him, I don't know how one word would make him think we were being mean to him but we let him know we were not. So he takes us over to a serta dream gelcomfort, I look on the advertisement and it states if you get this mattress you can get a free boxspring or up to $1000 off on a lift bed, We bought 2lift beds 2 mattress 2 pillows and 2 Mattress covers, so I said we bought 2 lift beds how much would we get off on these mattress, his reply was that it wasn't for the lift beds we got, why did you not show us the lift bed for this discount since you were showing us lift beds, he ignored what I asked, we went ahead and got those mattress and left, when the delivery guys delivered the mattress they told us we should walk on them to break them in, we asked why the salesman did not tell us that, he said they should have, I guess the delivery drivers know more than the salesman. To sum it all up Tim was only out for what he would make, acting like he was trying to get us the best deal. So all I can say Tim showed us what kind of salesman he really is.
