The law tag was ripped off of the mattress so I was no longer eligible for a warranty even though pictures clearly show how messed up this bed is. I fought with customer service and they only wanted to offer 30% coupon off a new bed, (that's nothing) so I tried again and the said 40% is all they can do. Our king size bed is not even a year old and there's a giant mound clearly shown in pictures and because of the law tag not provided that's all they can do. Very frustrating had I known that law tag must be on at all times, the entire price of the bed would be covered. It's not like we wouldn't be spending more money upgrading to better bed so I'm not understanding why they could not have helped more.

This store includes departments of groceries, electronics, jewelry, appliances, clothing, accessories, health and beauty, books, optical, hearing aid center, pharmacy, food court, gas station, tire center, etcetera. We shop here to stock up on groceries (e.g., chicken, salmon, pierogies, asparagus, caesar salad, and granola bars), household cleaning products (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper, and pods for laundry and dishes), and hygiene products (e.g., contact solution). They also have good deal on gift cards, winter coats, computers, and batteries. We think that Costco's products are a high quality and that their prices are low. I often forget to bring my large tote bags from home, so I appreciate that Costco provides free cardboard boxes near the cash registers. The cashiers have always accurately rung up our purchases and politely thanked us.

He did something that I don't think I've seen anyone else do. He consistently approached people and asked them if they needed help scanning or bagging their groceries. I think this is very noteworthy. At any other type of grocery store of different names, the employees at the self- checkout lane usually stand back and just watch and wait for an issue with a machine. This young man (he might be my same age, but he looked younger) was actively engaging with customers and I think that was delightful. I've been slacking a bit in my yelp reviews (they tend to be very lengthy so I need to sit down and dedicate time thinking through everything) but tonight I felt compelled to write one. I reached out via the phone and spoke with Bonnie to inquire more about them. I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. It's definitely a great place to check out if you're in the market for new furniture!
