I was on the hunt for furniture set to put in my theater room area. I bargain shopped around…read moreseveral places in the area to find something I liked without spending a crazy amount of money. Googled and found Mattress Mike which was near me and didn't know existed. Took a chance and decided to drop by in person to see what was available which was on a Saturday. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!

I went with my boyfriend and our son to look for furniture for our new home on a Monday night. It looked busy but it wasn't overwhelming. This specific store is larger, but we didn't feel like it was too much! My boyfriend and I got to look around the whole store before a salesperson asked us if we needed help! That was surprising because in other stores, we were bombarded as soon as we enter the store. Our salesmen was ANTHONY OKOSUN and he was very helpful with our budget and requests. The regency delivery people damaged our wood floors in 2 areas (dragged the couch with cardboard…read moreand staples on the outside against our wood floors, creating a 2 foot long gouge and another 1 foot long gouge). Damaged to the extent that our entire floor needs to be redone. I notified regency immediately when this occurred and have gotten the run around ever since. This happened in July of 2024 and we are now in February 2025. We call almost weekly to get this resolved and are always told the same answer "We will reach out to the delivery team and they will be in touch". We have received 3 separate quotes and submitted them months ago and still have not had any resolution. Every time i ask to speak to someone else who can escalate this, I am told there is no one else to speak to other than the delivery team which they cannot provide me the phone number for. This customer service is horrible. I will never purchase furniture from them again nor would ever recommend. 0/5 stars if that was possible.

Let me just say... these bags are the unsung heroes of my life. The FRAKTA bags? Absolute workhorses. I use them in my office to haul giant bulk mail cartons to the postal center like I'm some sort of efficiency ninja. They swallow boxes whole and still have room to spare. I've also loaded them up with bulky art supplies, event materials, and let's be honest, the occasional "how did I accumulate this much stuff?" pile. They never judge. They just carry. The GÖRSNYGG bags are my go-to for grandkid gifting missions. Trips filled with IKEA treasures and surprise presents are now way easier and way more cheerful. There were charcuterie board making and knife skills workshops with food tastings, and prizes/giveaways throughout the day. At the FIKA Party: Let's Party like it's 1985! near the end of the day, there was free cake, a fashion show, and even an 80's trivia contest. After the events, I did some shopping, and grabbed some delicious Swedish meatballs from the IKEA cafeteria. I had a fun time!
