I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

I was laying in a beautiful bed, only to look down and discover a cockroach basking in the fluoresce with not a care in the world. The test beds had brown stains where many others had lain. This place could use some serious deep cleaning. That said, the mattresses are stored at an area warehouse and not at this location, which I found to be quite relieving. The salesperson who helped me was called Taylour and she was an absolute delight. She knew her product lines like the back of her hand and helped direct me to "the one" without trying to hard sell me on something I really couldn't afford. The delivery was inside the 3 hour window and super fast. In fact, I made a last minute change to the date, and Taylour made it happen. Taylour gets all the stars!!!

The sales person i worked with (Wayne Chen) was fantastic. The DM he spoke to (I dont know his…read morename) however was terrible. The DM told the sales person that it was ok to give me free shipping on my mattress order (i was with the sales person when he made the call). Wayne told the DM on the phone that he would call him back in a few minutes to complete the transaction and take the shipping fee off. After i agreed to the pricing and free shipping we went through the finance process and got approved and the final step was to have the DM that Wayne spoke to earlier to remove the shipping fee. Well he went missing and could not be reached. And when Wayne contacted another manager/DM by phone he was told that he could not give free shipping. So now the sales person was caught in the middle and he was saying that i would have to pay for the shipping or cancel the whole order. I could see that Wayne was frustrated with the DM and so was I. We just spent 20 minutes setting up the order and applying for finance and now the DM would not agree to free shipping even though that was the original offer. In the end the Wayne said he could split the cost of the shipping with me since it would come out of his pocket. So he paid $50 and I paid $50. I was not happy that the DM changed their mind after we moved forward with the purchase. Not a great experience. Wayne was great and was patient but whoever the DM is, he was terrible and i felt like the DM scammed me and Wayne into paying for shipping for the purchase by saying he would give free shipping and then changing his mind after i applied and got the finance. I will think twice before coming back again and tell my friends about my experience. Wayne was great though and that is why i completed my transaction. Wayne and i split the shipping cost or else i would have to cancel my order and not have a bed for my Mother.

He said it was very expensive. I looked very closely at the materials and mentioned that it was not real wood, either MDF or Particle Board with veneer as well as made in China. My friend said that is impossible as he was assured it was real solid wood made in Denmark. I said to him, I will cut part of his furniture and if it is not MDF or Particle Board I would buy and replace it. Lo and behold it was Particle Board. I have yet to find out what my friend did after I left his dinner invitation.

This review is for *Angela* who was so helpful in picking out silverware and flatware!…read more We had a lot of considerations for the flatware, including: how high the plates sit off the top of the table (which affects how easy it will be to pick them up), how high the edge of the plate is (which effects how easily things might spill off them), how easy they will stack in dishwasher, how noisy it will be to cut on them (glazed is quieter than matte), how easily they will scratch (matte will scratch more easily), how heavy they will be, etc.! If you are a person with a disability, she would have great advice about how noisy the dishes might be when placing them down or cutting on them. She had a lot of opinions on the silverware, which was super helpful. Long story short... satin finishes scratches more easily than mirror finishes (and black will chip); if you can't stack the silverware, it will be very annoying; if the spoon is too deep, it will be uncomfortable to eat out of; and if the silverware is hollow... who wants that?
