The salesman, Adam, directed us to a lovely set made by Ashley furniture that suited our needs and price point. He was flexible on the price, and offered us the deal we sought without overpaying. He, along with the warehouse staff, stayed after closing to help us get the furniture loaded onto our truck and home for the evening. The warehouse is massive, and in my opinion has better prices and selection than the many other furniture warehouses in the area for those seeking a bargain. However, the showroom is really nice and spacious, certainly very clean. There are local brands and national brands with price points from budget to exquisite represented. We will be buying more items in the future to be sure!

Because of those positive experiences I returned in April again. Preston was now the manager. At first he was very helpful. UNTIL I purchased the furniture. I was told terms of the payments that differed from the final result when signing the agreement. I let that go without much thought because overall I was happy with my purchase. Then came the delivery and there were problems from beginning to end. Preston assured me he would assist me until everything was resolved. He did not! I am STILL waiting for a refund on my delivery, as well as for someone to even think to offer compensation for the almost 2 months of aggravation I have had to deal with at this point! Preston is very polite but doesn't follow up or follow through! I have continued to leave messages and texts through his work number and I have now decided to leave this review! It's a shame because I love this store and had planned to continue to return but if this is what I have to deal with it's absolutely not worth it! As a manager he should have the ability to reach out to whoever he needs to if someone is not doing as they said they would in another department. The lack of communication fort and communication is unacceptable!!!

The guy who delivered our couch and easy chair was the coolest person I had met since moving here. He was like a mythical being of awesomeness and laid backitude. Unfortunately my most recent visit was so deeply marred by my interaction with the woman at the front desk that I don't think I will be returning. I was treated rudely in a way that felt personal, as she did not seem to treat others as if they were fresh off the street. It was like I reminded her of someone terrible from her past or perhaps she could simply see my inner rottenness and dealt with me accordingly. I suppose there is a cultural illusion/expectation that when there is the possibility of money being spent, a person will be treated with kindness and even hospitality. I guess the truth is there are some people in this world who simply won't like you. Maybe it's better to just know and not kid ourselves.
