We decided to replace our old California King with the exact same mattress model. The purchase was smooth and Casey was good once again but follow through has been severely lacking. Paying a premium price for a premium product is no problem as long as we get premium service from start to finish. That has not been the case unfortunately this time. A few speed bumps and yet even though we've already made our first payment on our purchase we have not received all the product that we were promised. Now despite my efforts I can't even get a call or text returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I can no longer in good conscience recommend to you, shopping this establishment.

Since escaping to the Boise area in 2010, we have shopped for and bought probably over $18,000 worth of furniture and appliances. We did our due diligence, shopped most of the big boxes, RC Wiley, Sears, Furniture Row, and about all the others. But, in every case we bought from CHF. The reasons were the breadth of selection and brands. Pricing for quality and design was fair and competitive. The Sales person's knowledge, "bedside manner", and ability to listen and understand our needs and desires. From the start we found that in Tim Myers, who is beyond patient and Mr. No Pressure sales person personified. An additional reason they got our business was their superlative delivery service, both in timing and care. In most cases, their delivery was included in the purchase, if the old furniture or appliance needed to be hauled off, they did it. Set up needed? They did that too. And they usually could schedule delivery within a few days. CHF also owns the Lazy Boy store. And has a clearance and recycled furniture store at a separate location nearby. Although my wife is an advocate of gently recycled furniture, if we need it new, CHF will probably get the business. They have in the past.

I paid for the white glove service even though I was under the impression that delivery was included from the ads I saw for the holiday weekend but that wasn't the case. The white glove service is just delivery & removing the plastic cover, nothing more. The mattress I purchased is comfortable & solid & I hope it lasts a long time because it was quite expensive despite being discounted for the holiday sale. I had purchased a mattress from a local store before going to DM & the owner was very unpleasant & charged me $300 to return the mattress even though they tell you when you're paying the policy is 365 days free returns & exchanges. They ask you to sleep on it for a month but I couldn't because there was just not enough support & then they did me "a favor" by charging me $300 to return it. Always read the fine print regardless of what the sales person tells you. Thankfully I didn't have any issues at Denver Mattress & I'm happy with my purchase.

Then they tried to force my 100lb wife to sign a release of liability before running out the door. Fridge and house are destroyed. Fridge compressor bearing is making loud noise. No water. Dented misaligned doors. Told to email VIDEO (yes all on CCTV w audio) to Tyler. He just won't respond. I assume they're waiting for lawsuit service, and they're smart cause that's what I'm filling this week. In hindsight manager was trying to warn me not to use their delivery drivers. RUN from these jokers.

After the first time, each time I unsubscribe from their marketing emails, it confirms I have already been unsubscribed. That initial one was 2 months ago. And I still get multiple spam emails every week. There must be a JV team running their marketing that recently started sending all kinds of mung at me. So, use a burner/junk email account for this company. I'm fed up and regret giving them my main account address. A sign of desperation like this, and clearly violating the law, seems like a sign of increasing desperation. They lost any future interest in me buying from them again.
