With that being said, we didn't have high expectations. Julie Dew was our salesperson and couldn't have been more lovely. She didn't follow us around and hover. We did order furniture. When we had some "challenges", she communicated with us immediately in a manner that was professional and courteous. She worked with management to get our issue resolved. Pretty good sized place, but I noticed some items not priced and I don't like going to places that you have to keep asking . We did not find anything we wanted, alot of things laying all over the place. Not much organization, a messy feel. If items were priced it was done with marker right on the item. That's another thing I don't like because they use permanent markers and the prices don't come off certain items. Not a fan. We all agreed it was not a thrift store we would go back to.
