There is a tear on the back of the couch that the cushion rest against(on the seam). I reached out to the warranty people and like before they said they couldn't do anything about it. I went to the store. They have started working with a new warranty company. They told me to try and see what happens if they could help. I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this.This is the first time I had to put in a claim. This is ridiculous. People don't waste your money on the warranty/goof proof because it seems anyway they can get out of fixing they will!!!

It has been 3 months since I received…read moredelivery of it and because of the high density foam used in the cushion it is nothing like the one in the showroom. I found out recently that the one on the showroom floor had been there for over 10 years! Even the manager said it's a very hard share and nowhere near representative of what you will receive upon delivery. I have a bad back and Bone degeneration in my spine. This chair was so uncomfortable I couldn't even sit on it without using multiple pillows and blankets under my butt! I finally went to the store, saw a manager in person, and they refunded the Riley Ash chair and I used those funds to purchase the Trevor recliner, which arrived today. It hasn't even been broken in yet and it's more comfortable than the Riley Ash chair was after 3 months. So my advice to you is when you go to the store, ask the salesperson how long the display has been on the floor and what the break-in period is, and what it should feel like when it's being delivered. What is on the sales floor is not representative of what you will have delivered unless you buy from the cash and carry room.

Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed I stopped into FCC by recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the show room was and by how many displays they had available for viewing and testing. The sales associates were polite and professional and showed me exactly what I needed. I didn't feel pressured and they made me feel like a valued customer. I also want to note that they offer next day delivery which was helpful since I have a hectic schedule. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very polite, professional, and quick. The salesman said he only had the floor model and noted a small inconsistency in color (it was hardly noticeable) but there would be no discount (weird, but ok) I went to pay but had forgotten my card/ID, so said I would return after work with a friends van. I happened to look online for measurements only to find the sofa I looked at in the store was called "Booyah" not "Jedi" with size and a $200 price difference. I was thinking, great now maybe I can buy my friend a coffee table or something. I went back to the store with screenshots of their website to show the correct sofa. The salesman adamantly refused to look, insisted that it was the jedi.... Even though it clearly was not because there's a difference in color and pillow pattern.... And then had the balls to say 'it doesn't matter anyway they're the same price" When clearly they are not. I drove an hour away to another store and it was confirmed I was 100% correct, but they did not have the sofa in stock....I left and ended up at Ashley Home Store...paid $900 for a sofa but wasn't lied to.

He asked what we were looking for to point us in the right direction and let us know where to find prices. He also explained some pieces are available in other colors and where we could find that information. Then he left us to wander the floor. Some items on display are the item you get. The tag will specify 'floor model' if this is the case. It's quite a large space. Most pieces are set up as you would find them in your home with side tables, lamps, wall decor and so on. Everything is for sale of course, not just for show. They also have bedroom, dining room and other miscellaneous furniture pieces as well as mattresses. If you are thinking of purchasing a floor model, be sure to look it over carefully as what you see is what you get. This goes for decorative pieces too. Sadly our hunt for a small profile, comfy seat, with arms, and possibly the occassional nap, continues. We'll drop in another time to see what's on offer.
