After making a specific appointment with one of their customers service representatives by calling the number listed on their website, I then rented a Zipcar and drove the 30 minutes to Stoughton. On the way, there was quite a bit of unexpected traffic, so I called the same number to let them know I may be a few minutes late. There was no answer, so I left a detailed message. When I arrived at the warehouse, there was no one there. I tried calling repeatedly, but the recording picked up each time and prompted me to leave a message. As there are many furniture stores in the area, I decided to do some shopping while waiting for the call. I stopped into Jordan's, Ikea and a few other places and still no call came. I left a final message and hopped into the car I rented specifically for this appointment and drove back to Boston. This was two weeks ago and I've yet to receive any followup from their company. The agreement was Sunday at 11AM. They called me at 10AM to inform me they were "running late". I had to roll my eyes, again because of the previous reviews. At 3:30PM they showed up at the house with the product, precisely as described. Both men were very pleasant and conducted themselves well. They quickly unloaded and moved the mattress and box spring into the garage as I requested. I gave them their payment and they were on their way.
