When I was ready to narrow down my choices, he happened to be working at the University store a day that was good for me. So I went to the store and what a pleasant buying time I had. He was very professional and he took his time to answer all my questions. I ended up getting a Tempu Pedic bed with an adjustable base. Great sale going on because of Labor Day. Will be delivered to my home in about 3 weeks. Easy !

The Mattress Firm on North Main St in Providence is one of the many stores in Rhode Island. It is located in a complex with other businesses and there are plenty of parking spaces. Once I walked in, a staff member approached me and asked how he can help. I told him I came in looking for a Purple Pillow and he showed me where they were in store. He let me see, touch, and try the Purple Harmony and Purple Cloud Pillow. The Purple Harmony Pillow has the GelFlex Grid and offers unparalleled neck comfort, conforming, and all-night-long support in every position. The Purple Cloud Pillow has classic plush cushioning of a down pillow made with Purple's premium hypoallergenic down-alternative fibers that never clump and never lose their feathery fluff. I wished they had more of Purple's pillows to try in store, but he said many of the floor models got sold.

We just moved in to a bigger place and wanted a new bed so we can put ours in our spare room. I saw…read morean add for Home Mattress on Facebook so we decided to stop by. At first glance the place is really small, in a strip mall. When you walk in it's very low key, no glitz and glamour, no cheesy salespeople, no pressure- thank goodness! We told Milton (love him!) that we wanted a queen bed- he showed us our options and told us their prices (ranging from $200-300). He let us know that we could finance (if you pay off in 90 days it's interest free), gave us choices on frames and a delivery price. Everything was extremely reasonable, and the application for financing was super fast. My wife and i were so relieved that we didn't have to search all over, weren't pressured into anything, didn't have to deal with upselling- honestly, i don't think I'd go anywhere else to get a mattress. They make their own headboards and will start selling them in a few weeks so we'll be back! So glad we went here!!!!!

I'm in another state, so I paid over the phone and upon delivery, the receipt was not provided to my son. They claim no refunds, which is ONLY on the slip not provided. Pay with a credit card always. The day before the delivery, they call me to tell me they sold the sofa and delivered it to someone else. I waited for this sofa for several days, and they wait until the day before its supposed to be delivered to tell me they sold it. On top of that, to get the refund I have to drive back to the store--during COVID. Completely unprofessional and unethical. The real reason they are saying they sold the sofa is they are backing out of the deal. I would never do business with this company again. There are several other furniture stores in the area, I will be shopping around because I do not want to give this company my business. Edit: I left my phone number for the manager Carlos to return my call, he never did. Also, after getting my refund I went to an adjacent furniture store (part of the same complex) and got a sectional sofa delivered to my house the same day! In fact, it came approximately 3hrs after I ordered it (crazy) and the delivery fee was approximately 1/2 of what furniture depot charged for a delivery date that was several days later.
