This man is well-spoken and explains everything simply and clearly. He does not "upsell." He asks about your needs and explains about the least expensive to most expensive mattresses and how each mattress's features differ. I told Bill I was in agony because of my neck and back and I thought it was probably because of my old mattress. I purchased the second most firm king-size mattress and foundation along with two specialized pillows for neck pain. I have now slept two nights with my new mattress and pillows and my pain is already diminishing. The mattresses were delivered on the date promised and my old mattress and box spring were taken. The two men who delivered my mattress were very personable. Actually, they were downright charming. They took away my old mattress and foundation and delivered and set up my new one quickly and meticulously. They made sure I was completely happy with the set-up. I understand now why my neighbors speak so highly of Bill and Mattress Express. This is an exceptional, local small business with a very knowledgeable and personable owner. The store offers a wide range of choices and price points. In a word - Mattress Express is OUTSTANDING.

Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed I stopped into FCC by recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the show room was and by how many displays they had available for viewing and testing. The sales associates were polite and professional and showed me exactly what I needed. I didn't feel pressured and they made me feel like a valued customer. I also want to note that they offer next day delivery which was helpful since I have a hectic schedule. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very polite, professional, and quick. I'll definitely be visiting FCC again for any future furniture purchases.

So she walked with me to pick everything out, and helped me double check the dimensions. I walked in first thing in the morning, and by 6pm that night, I had two new sofas delivered and setup in my home. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this store.

Last year I gave this company 5 stars on their Google page (Layla wa salesperson) I bought 3 rooms of furniture that I love. I liked it so much I decided to go back to buy a sofa for a friend as I had credit available to help them out. I found a sofa, sent a photo-it was a "YES!" Sofa was listed as $799 with tags indicating it was "Jedi". The salesman said he only had the floor model and noted a small inconsistency in color (it was hardly noticeable) but there would be no discount (weird, but ok) I went to pay but had forgotten my card/ID, so said I would return after work with a friends van. I happened to look online for measurements only to find the sofa I looked at in the store was called "Booyah" not "Jedi" with size and a $200 price difference. I was thinking, great now maybe I can buy my friend a coffee table or something. I went back to the store with screenshots of their website to show the correct sofa. The salesman adamantly refused to look, insisted that it was the jedi.... Even though it clearly was not because there's a difference in color and pillow pattern.... And then had the balls to say 'it doesn't matter anyway they're the same price" When clearly they are not. I drove an hour away to another store and it was confirmed I was 100% correct, but they did not have the sofa in stock....I left and ended up at Ashley Home Store...paid $900 for a sofa but wasn't lied to.

It is full of all the gorgeous, high-quality items they always carried before, but with new additions, and this space is also much larger. After being greeted warmly by the sales associate, I took my time wandering through the store, stopping to feel all the beautiful home linens and smell the soaps and candles. The displays featured sheets and other bed textiles by luxury brands like Matouk, Sferra, and John Robshaw, to name a few. Along the walls were many shelves stocked with vibrantly colored bathroom towels with pretty detailing. There were velvet and patterned pillows and soft throws galore, and even monogramed makeup and toiletry cases. A rack of whimsical and comfy-looking pajamas and bathrobes in the corner really caught my eye - these would make wonderful gifts. And the area of the store devoted to things for children was so cute, with cheerful-looking stuffed toys and dolls, bibs, onesies, and hats. On the way out I noticed that they also had a display with some Rifle Paper Co. stationery and cell phone cases. And as they did in the old location, they still carry soaps for your linens as well. So glad to have this business back in the neighborhood! The new space is beautiful.

I waited for this sofa for several days, and they wait until the day before its supposed to be delivered to tell me they sold it. On top of that, to get the refund I have to drive back to the store--during COVID. Completely unprofessional and unethical. The real reason they are saying they sold the sofa is they are backing out of the deal. I would never do business with this company again. There are several other furniture stores in the area, I will be shopping around because I do not want to give this company my business. Edit: I left my phone number for the manager Carlos to return my call, he never did. Also, after getting my refund I went to an adjacent furniture store (part of the same complex) and got a sectional sofa delivered to my house the same day!
