( I spoke and dealt with Roseann) Then when you notice a "defect", yes a customer can say "defect " ,in your furniture the Oskar Huber customer care group ( spoke to Ann) has every excuse from the manufacturer ( fault them too) that ends in no solution for the customer. In other words, as the customer you are told in not so many words to "just deal with it". Oskar Huber is suppose to be a class A furniture store. My experience after purchasing a 3500 dollar sofa was dreadful and I will never consider this company with any future purchases.

They sell new and used items. This location has a silent auction. They even sell clothes. You can shop on the website. I'm still traumatized by how I was treated today at this store. I enter the store to be greeted by a very friendly worker. Told him I was just browsing thank you. I start to walk to see everything the show room has to offer. I get 20 feet into the store for a MANAGER to YELL "SIR HOW OLD ARE YOU?!" I didn't turn around because clearly I've been greeted already so I didn't think anything of it and mind my own business. Next thing I hear again and it's even LOUDER "SIR HOW OLD ARE YOU!? YOUR NOT ALLOWED IN HERE!" At that point because of how close I hear this person now I turn and she's walking right up to my face telling me.....no DEMAND ME to tell her my age. I said why would I need to tell you my age?! She went from 50-100 saying you don't look over 18 you need to leave you have to be 18 or over to shop here. First off. I have a FULL BEARD WITH WHITE HAIRS -and I have salt and pepper hair. I flipped out. I felt like this was a joke or a prank but no this this discrimination because of how I looked?! I felt so embarrassed like why would a MANAGER just all of a sudden not even 30 seconds into my shopping experience am I being profiled and asked for my age. What does it matter. I'm by myself and if you saw me you wouldn't see a child. I'm a grown adult married with a mortgage. I was told to leave by the lady who said she was the store manager with threat of calling the cops because of how I was responding to how she responded to me. So I left but they still called the police to which the officer said the workers said I possibly made a "threat". The only "threat" was to call the company office to report this experience. I arrived during their slow hours so it was fairly quiet. The shelves seemed to be fully stocked with tons of things to check out. I was focused on the outdoor area specifically string lights and an umbrella. I was satisfied with the vast options and was able to select what I was looking for. The outdoor rugs were okay, I didn't find what I was exactly looking for in that department but I was still glad there were plenty options. All in all, I now have this place in my back pocket for my home decorating needs!

Looking at the pillow, it is obviously a flaw in production, so I went to Raymour and Flanigan to see if they could replace the pillow. Instead, they said without the extended warranty, they would not look at it. 4 months out of warranty on a pillow. If your quality is not good, make it right for a customer who has bought and will continue to buy. A pillow. Now they will never see me again or my dollars. Over a pillow.

They take back what they brought of it does not work: They bring a working furniture piece, say their cost. Recently with a new manager, they graciously let us violate our agreement and not accept a special order (no unique design factors) without any penalty. The sofa quality is exceptional.
