I laughed because I just moved from Ohio. I purchased a little dining room table with four chairs. And then I moved out of state. The moving company lost my table. So I went to a local Amish furniture store in North Carolina. I asked the lady could I get a table to match my chairs? She told me to look at the sticker on the bottom of the chair to determine the style. I was aghast! The sticker says "made in Malaysia". The lady in the store said well that's not Amish at all. So in other words this so-called vintage oak furniture in Utah simply lied to me. You can decide for yourself but double check what they say.

I have called into customer serious and none of they could care less! 6 months ago I was going in for back surgery. I'm a first time mom that has been thru hell the past year with procedures and trying to get better. I started having issues when my son was 10 weeks old and ended up bed ridden for 5 months. We thought that getting a sleep number would help me recover from my surgery... at first I liked it and then probably four months after getting it I started to not be able to get comfortable... I also started having weird back spasms and was super uncomfortable when I wake up I was so stiff. I didn't know if it was the bed or if I was still trying to recover from surgery? I did call the store and inform them I was having issues with my bed and I wasn't sure if it was good for me. I ended up going out of town staying in an Airbnb and sleeping on that mattress and woke up the next day with my back way less stiff. Then over the past weekend I stayed at a hotel and slept on that mattress and woke up feeling better as well... That's very unfortunate. I have the i10 and spent thousands of dollars. I understand I am over my hundred night guarantee but I thought this company would at least work with me and let me at least exchange the bed because I am so uncomfortable last night I had to sleep on my couch!!! I was bawling and was so uncomfortable on my bed. That's a great feeling when you spent $12,000 on a base and mattress that you can't even sleep on, I've called and talked to customer service. No one will help me!!! I thought this was a better company but I was wrong! They could care less!! I will make sure that anyone that asks me I will tell them my experience.
