This store houses a few different vendors who have created an amazing amount of handcrafted wooden and industrial items. This review literally can't do this store justice and all I have to say is go in. The craftsmen are polite, knowledgeable and reasonable when it comes to their products.

Instead, from the start, the interaction felt dismissive. When I asked about office chairs, I was told there were none, even though I was looking at one. When I pointed it out, the sales person simply showed me the price tag (over $3,000) and stopped there. The issue was not the price. I understand the value of quality furniture and was prepared to buy. What stood out was the attitude -- as if I was being pre-judged rather than assisted, and as if the price alone was meant to end the conversation. I left without purchasing, not because of cost, but because of the experience.
