Buyer beware of shoddy quality and a repair nightmare should you have damage to your home at time of delivery. Stick with Jordan's if you want it done right.

I had an idea of what I wanted having purchased my last 6 pillows here, and he set me up with a demo to try, plus 5 other options to cross compare. In the end, the original pillow I checked out felt best(the carbon fiber cooling one) and on top of that he checked the website to see if they had a coupon/promo running. He saved me 20% and they had free shipping to my door still going on at the website. He matched it all(the demo pillows arrived before the ones for sale) and I've got new pillows coming in this week. My goal is to have the store do the right thing…read more I've spent over $10,000 at Paine's Patio in Bourne, MA, over the past two years, so I expected the quality and customer service to reflect that investment. Unfortunately, the cushions are now coming apart at the seams due to what appears to be seam slippage or separation--not fabric failure. The manufacturer's explanation states that seam separation can result from an insufficient seam allowance. Industry standards require a minimum 1/2-inch seam allowance along cushion and pillow seams. If that allowance is missing, the seams can separate over time. Based on this information, the problem appears to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear or a failure of the fabric. I'm disappointed that furniture purchased at this price point is experiencing this issue so soon. I hope Paine's Patio will take responsibility, work with the manufacturer, and provide a fair resolution to customers who have made a significant investment in their products.
