When my new bed was finally delivered the guys tossed it out of truck and bent it in half jumping on it. They banged walls on their way in and ripped wallpaper as they put my bed in place. I had to remove the previous bed. When I complained about the damage to the mattress and my walls I got: "all sales are final-as is." If anyone asks me, I say: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

My husband got the "I told you so" look. We walked in and told the owner we wanted a new futon mattress, just the mattress. "No problem" he tells us and shows us a blue one he had in stock. What are the chances we wanted a blue one. We bought it and tossed it in the back of the truck. The whole time he was chatting with my husband who also owns a business about owning your own business. Super nice guy, fantastic price. Easiest transaction for a piece of furniture or a new mattress we have ever had. I honestly can't come up with a negative. A+ purchase.
