Both things were "delivered" by being left outside my house, couldn't even get in my front door with the cabinet that was left on my front door stoop. The cabinet was delivered yesterday when I was at work for 12 hrs, after being told that they would call to "set up delivery time". Owner called today to find out if I got the cabinet and I said what kind of furniture place just leaves something on your doorstep when you are not home, he says " I was doing you a favor" , and " I had to drive an hour and a half to get the cabinet from Falmouth" ( you can't make this stuff up) oh and would you please bring back the blanket( that they wrapped the cabinet in ) , BUYER BEWARE!

While the staff later claimed his refusal was due to a past injury, there was absolutely no excuse for that type of behavior--especially since I told them I was willing to accommodate the shoes-on policy once they explained it. The technician did return to my door to apologize a few minutes later, but the initial level of rudeness was a total dealbreaker. I did not feel comfortable moving forward with the service.
