We visited this Mattress Firm yesterday and had George help us find a mattress. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of the different type of mattresses throughout the store. We were mainly interested in the Tempur-pedic mattresses and he made sure to go through each detail of each one with us. I know mattress salesmen have a bad reputation, but George wasn't pushy at all and made sure to give us space when checking out the mattresses but always making sure he was available to inform us about the products or answer any questions when needed. He also seemed pretty transparent on the pricing of the items which was appreciated. We were happy because the prices seemed very fair based on comparing to items online and the 0% APR on financing with lengthy terms was great. I think it goes all the way up to 72 months 0% APR (they use Synchrony bank). I would definitely suggest going in to the store instead of shopping online because there was so much we learned from George that online research didn't tell us. We ended up getting a Tempur-pedic mattress and base, which included complementary delivery, set up, and removal of our old mattress. Tempu-pedic is currently doing a promotion where you get $300 to spend when you purchase a mattress, so we essentially got the base for $300 off. He also gave us some good freebies/deals on good quality pillows and sheets. A nice perk about Mattress Firm is that they give you a 4 month trial period from delivery date to decide if you want to keep the mattress. If you decide it's not the right one, they will swap them out for you. Although we don't plan on using this safety net, we appreciate that it is offered. Overall, we're very happy with our experience at this Mattress Firm. Honestly, I felt way less pressure than I had experience in the past from people who work on commission. I would definitely shop here again and from George if I ever need another mattress. I can't speak about how delivery will go, but I will update if there are any key points to indicate. Otherwise, you can assume things went well! read more

We chose a hard foam mattress to get rid of back pain. We wanted to buy it at IKEA, but were wary of negative reviews about the quality. We accidentally stopped by to look at MattressFIRM. We were met by a nice man who offered to test all the mattresses that suited our interests. And the one similar to the one we wanted at IKEA turned out to be 15% cheaper in this store. We were told how to turn it over correctly so that it would last longer. I am writing a review after testing for 3 weeks. I am glad that we bought it near my home, with excellent service and saved time on the road several hours and money + the road. The quality and service are good. I have added this store to my list of interests. read more

My wife and I went to Mattress Firm in Everett Mall yesterday to shop for a new mattress and were fortunate enough to have Seth help us. He started by having us narrow down the firmness we preferred and then gave us several options to choose from. After that, we started narrowing down things by our budget. Seth was incredibly patient as we went back and forth trying to find a mattress we liked in our budget. They currently have a promotion where you can get a free adjustable base and Seth demonstrated it for us. We had never had one before and were amazed at how it enhanced comfort and relieved pressure on our backs. We had settled on a nice Sealy hybrid mattress, but figured we pass on the adjustable base because of the cost, however, Seth showed us a nice Serta iSeries hybrid that cost about $800 less. We tried that with the adjustable base and were sold since that total still came in less than the Sealy and felt better overall with the adjustable base. We upgraded from the free adjustable base to the next model up and were credited the value of the free base. Incredibly, our new mattress and base were delivered today and we're thrilled. Delivery was terrific. The crew kept us up to date via emails and texts with the last message 30 minutes before delivery. They arrived on time and quickly removed our old mattress and set up our new one. They were friendly and respectful of our home keeping our carpet clean and walls scuff free. Overall, a great experience. read more

We needed new pillows and worked with Alex to buy the really, really good ones. Turns out they now offer $200 pillows (previously used when people test mattresses) for a mere $49.99 in the box. This is new as of a week ago so good timing on our part. We're once again VERY happy customers. read more

I was looking for a new mattress and every store said that they would meet Mattress Firms prices. I found a mattress that I liked at another store and I went back to Mattress Firm and they could order it for me. The mattress was delivered on the day it was promised. There was a very small issue with the delivery, I went by the store just to let the manager know. He addressed the issue and made things better than I expected After the sale service is important and Mattress Firm provides it! read more

We had been to several stores and when we walked in to the store, Alex helped us. He was very nice, asked us what our needs were and gave us space and time to discuss each bed. There was no pressure of a sale. Even after the sale, he reached out with updates on our delivery date. Very happy with service he provided. We have been looking on and off for a mattress for a year and just felt comfortable with purchasing it from him. read more

Tyler at the Everett, WA store was so helpful. He was extremely patient as we tried out different mattresses and gave us information about them without being pushy. He really let us make our own decision. When I wanted to change my mattress within the 120 night's guarantee he spent time yet again helping me find my perfect night's sleep. Tyler really did everything he could to make a customer happy! In the end, I was unable to change my mattress due to an issue with Purple, and hence only 4 stars. If they weren't so difficult to work with (buyer beware) it would have been 5 stars all the way for the customer care I received in the store! read more

My partner and I came in expecting some crazy prices or something, but George helped us find a very nice mattresses that I never thought I could afford. While we checked out the different mattresses George took the extra time to search up all of the different deals around the area. After researching online, checking Amazon, Macy's, sears, Mattress Depot, Diana and a few others we knew what we wanted and what it was worth. So at the end of our journey we found ourselves yet again before a Mattress Firm at 30 minutes to close. Alex came up friendly and listened to us first and foremost instead of shoving a bunch of tri-coil garbage down our ears. He then took us from the best through all the variations that fit what we were looking for.Alex spent time to check for any cheaper returns in the ware house (good way to save 30%) but no luck there. After much debate between my wife and I we had a very transparent negotiation and left getting a amazing bed to be delivered the next day at a good value. Seriously save yourself the time and effort and go talk with Alex. They have a decent selection and the best customer service. read more

Once upon a time, a great couple was looking for a wonderful mattress to bring home. They searched frantically in many stores and lay on about close to 100 of beds. As they were searching for the right one, about to give up, they made a decision to go across from a store called Sears while holding hand. Found a new kingdom called Mattress Firm. They came in and immediately were greeted by a nice young gentleman Alex. Alex was the most helpful of all: to the point, great listener, professional, and was not pushy. As the couple laid on the beds, the great conversation continues and the great salesman Alex continues to learn how to direct them to the right mattress. After much searching, thanks to Alex, the couple found the one! It was so good that they bought it right that night! And they left happily, looking forward to their happily sleep night LOL. Seriously people, stop looking, this store is great and make sure you have Alex to help you :))). read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. My boyfriend and I bought a King sized mattress on 9/11. It was out of stock and won't be delivered until the 19th. Fine. Well, I called on the 18th since I was told I would get a scheduling call and I didn't. I even offered a second phone number just to be safe. Allyn assured me we were set for the 19th and that they would still call, probably between 7 and 9 pm. No such call ever came. Now its the 19th. No mattress delivered. I called again and Allyn had no idea how but the delivery date had changed. He called the warehouse to follow up. When he got back to me he informed me he still didn't know how it had changed but that it would now be the 21st. After buying on the 11th. 10 days for a MATTRESS store to deliver a simple mattress. I canceled right there. He said it'll be 7 to 10 days until I get my refund. We'll see if that shows up. read more

We went to buy three mattresses this week and Alex made it so easy for my family. He took the time to determine what each of us needed to have the best sleep possible for each of us individually, and that's not easy! Then Alex led us to the beds we wanted and at the price point we needed. I was impressed with the health precautions in place, everyone had masks, and he coordinated the delivery perfectly. Thank you :) read more

If you are going to look at mattresses, be sure to check with Alex here. What a great young man. He was very patient with us, as we went through what seemed the entire store. We found our mattress and are very happy. Thanks so much Alex, great to work with you read more

I made a phone call to these guys asking about queen pricing and they had the best price. I went in to purchase the set and Mike hooked it up. He was super friendly and willing to work with me. I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase a mattress! read more

Alex is AMAZING! Not only have we made a most excellent purchase in a mattress, but we also made a new friend. First about the store. It's clean and spacious...and I'm not just talking about the bathroom. Seriously though the store is clean and they even provide snacks, the good kind. They even have areas for the kids to play so that parents can make the best decision and in their own time. Speaking of time, we were given so much time. Alex listened to our wants and needs and took it from there. Every new mattress we tried, from his recommendations, he encouraged us to lay the way we would naturally and for as long as we could get an honest feel. And he would encourage us to go back and forth multiple times. We felt like he really wanted us to make the best decision possible with the time that we wanted, not the time he deemed appropriate. The mattress sold itself, but the superb customer service was the cherry on top. Here's to a good night's sleep! read more

Just went back in to SCUSA. We bought a fancy latex mattress here 2 years ago and it was the WORST purchase (body ache, droopy bed) ever. We decided start again with research @ SCUSA. We told them our issue, blah blah blah, we didn't make it obviously in time for the 100 day sleep guarantee, but we HAVE to get a new bed. So here we are, we ended up picking out something. Very high end with all the bells & whistles. Kayla was our Sleep Sense and helped us out a ton, even brought us cold water as we rolled around on the demo beds. Long story short this new experience made up for the crap we bought previously. They even price matched Amazon & beat it by 5%!!! I checked in on Yelp & got %25 off bedding. Yes to SCUSA....... I will write a follow up After the 100 days & after 1 year. read more

I bought my Queen temper pedic with an adjustable base. On my search for this particular bed I found that bed salesmen were a lot like used car salesmen. So I will tell you my experience and hopefully you can gain some knowledge about beds. I think it's important to get a bed that is gonna give you the best night sleep so you are able to face life with no aching joints, no irritated nerves, no stress from tossing and turning all night. Believe it or not I thought that bad sleep was gonna be a part of my life and accepted it and moved on. Buying a bed that was plush pillow top forced me to sleep on the couch and not with my husband. So we bought the temper pedic with the adjustable base. It has a zero gravity button among all the settings and you are suspended in a cradle like position. When I first started going to bed I would wake up 8 hours later with the lights on TV going and remote in hand. My last thoughts were of drifting off to the deepest most relaxed sleep I'd had since my mother's womb. I was in love . Sleep country cost me 3400 and that was the best price I found anywhere. Same make and model at more funriture, 10,000.00. I have had a life changing event buying this bed. It's sounds funny but going from the way I slept to now, I look better. My back is better, my skin looks refreshed and my husband who has had back surgery is so happy with this model. We are firm believers in a sleep country adjustable base bed. Go into the Everett mall store and Jeff can help you. read more

I read all the reviews for this store so we decided to give it a try. The first person to say hello was Alex! I told him about his following on yelp. He listened to what we needed, showed us everything, let us try all the beds we wanted to, and was very patient as we tried to make up our minds. After Alex wrote up the sale, my husband changed his mind and wanted a different bed. Alex said no problem. He fixed it and said we might get a next day delivery! It turned out to be the day after that, I was surprised it was that fast. The delivery guys were thorough and fast. They took away our old mattresses and installed the two new ones. My wife and I walked into the store and let the two women at the desk know we are just looking around to price check. After a minute an older white guy comes out making comments about how "if you wanna look around there's a Best Buy next door" and making comments about how unusual it is to just check out a mattress store. He was extremely direct as rude, we left without even looking at all the store. Avoid this place, that's not how customer service works. read more
