I don't know how I could've asked For a king size box spring any differently but yet somehow the associate Tonya manages to send me the wrong pieces and now I have to wait another while business day for them to come back and pick up my wrong product to bring me the correct product, if you do business with this company I would get it triple repeated to you to make sure that your order is correct because I even said at the very last end of our conversation,.. this is for a king size bed correct and she said YES and then when my boxspring arrived this morning it was too small!!!! My boyfriend and I went in and were helped right away by Mark Brown on 5/5/19. Being my first time shopping for a mattress myself I was quite intimidated and overwhelmed with the variety of inventory. My boyfriend had a positive experience when he purchased a mattress with them previously as well. Mark was very warm and friendly. He asked us questions about what our budget was and helped me find out what kind if firmness mattress I liked. He never pressured or made us feel like we had to buy/sign right away. He showed us options on power bases as well to which we loved. He gave us a quote that day and laid everything out in front of us. He's so helpful and answered every question we had. Today on 5/9/2019 I came back to the store to make our purchase and was helped by Alex. He too was super friendly and customer oriented. He helped with my financing application which went very smoothly and quickly. Then he explained the delivery and all the care that went into our new mattress set. Safe to say that I'll be recommending this Mattress Firm to all my family and friends who want a positive and exceptional experience. UPDATE from my previous review 2 years ago I have been coming to Mattress Firm for a few years now and refer many people. I came in a month ago to get my son a platform for his mattress and we set a date for delivery. They called me the day before and said they didn't have any and rescheduled for weeks out. I was upset, but agreed to have it delivered at the later date. THEN they call the day before AGAIN stating that they STILL don't have any because they're in "High Demand" I don't know what happened to Mattress firm over the years, but I will NO LONGER be referring people to go here read more

Just bought a king mattress with frame and box spring from this location. Their prices beat Mattress Depot, Sleep country, and all the other local stores for the comparable set. If you haggle a bit, they'll throw in delivery for free. When the delivery guys came, they were efficient and had their booties ready. Bed was setup in 10 minutes and they had the work order to sign on a tablet. I give myself 1 star for not having any cash money for tip, but these guys definitely deserved it! read more

We were looking for a new bed for my teenage son, who had outgrown his twin bed a while ago. We decided to try Mattress Discounters after seeing a TV ad. We are happy we did! Not only were the prices excellent, but the customer service we received from Andrea was amazing! She did not try to oversell us on something that would not make sense, but she also wanted to make sure my son liked the mattress we were buying as well. We also got sheets, a mattress protector & a frame. The bed was delivered the next day, in the time frame as promised. The delivery men had the bed set up & the old one gone within minutes! My husband and I had never been in the market to purchase a mattress before so we had no idea what to expect and were a bit nervous to find the right product for us within our budget. Very very happy with our new bed! Christina was so helpful and friendly. She gave us plenty of time and space to discuss our options and was never pushy. She even price checked other stores for the same mattresses to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Absolutely amazing service, cannot say enough good things about Christina. Now that we've had our bed for a few months and have it broken in it was the perfect choice for us and we are getting much better sleep. We will defiantly be back when we are due for an upgrade. read more

Wish there were negative stars. I tried to write a review for sleep train. THis was the response, Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! I have called 4x. I emailed 6x, NOBODY has called back. Apparently they do not have a manager. I hate my bed. It is an abomination. My boys have great beds. I bought 3. All I wanted to do was get the same bed I bought for them. Now I want them to pick this thing up so I can go to a store that gives a crap. Unbelievable un-customer service. 3 delivery dates. I missed 3 days of work. The beds finally came 5 hours late on the third day. The delivery people left an old mattress and garbage on my porch. Then to top this off every time I call whomever answers is the acting manager until I say I want this bed picked up, then they are not the manager & they'll leave a message. I have called corporate & again..no help. This place replace Slepp Mattress USA...so sad. read more

I have never had the pleasure of working with anyone in the Mattress industry as I had with Mattress Discounters on Everett Mall Way. We knew what we were looking for in a King Size Mattress and Ruth was fantastic in every facet of the transaction. She offered solutions to our ideas, including those of the interest free financing, all the way over to her wonderful demeanor and temperament. I sell cars for a living, so I know what a good sales person is all about, and Mattress Discounters couldn't have done a better job...so we salute you all for the great work. Our sales person was nice and that was a good experience. However, we bought a mattress, it was horrible. We went back within the allotted time and they told us we just hadn't "broke" it in yet. So, we finally returned and upgraded to the most expensive bed. Not even a year later and you can feel springs in this hybrid mattress and the mattress itself has lost shape and is deformed, it bulges out on one side. No worries there is a 10 year warranty, right... WRONG! Our mattress did not meet the criteria for the warranty.. wow! We paid around 4k for this bed.. I will never recommend this place! Next stop Costco, $599 for the best memory foam bed, plus they have an amazing return policy... Lesson learned read more

My husband and I bought our new bed here a little over a month ago. Our experience was fantastic. We had been to a few places before coming here where the sales people were overbearing and annoying. The sales gentleman that helped us, Jesse, was polite and answered our questions when asked but still gave us our space to look around and make our decision. When we had decided on a bed he helped assure us that it was the lowest price possible. We didn't purchase that night because I am the type of person who likes to sleep on big decisions like that. I returned right when they opened the next morning to purchase our new bed. They price match and beat competitor prices too. Part of our decision to purchase here was because how amazing the customer service was from Jesse. He is great so if you go there I recommend dealing with him if he is working. Although the lady there was great too. Our bed was delivered the day we set up and we love our new bed. It is so comfortable and great king size with room for our new baby we had after purchasing the bed. When it comes time to purchase our son a bed, we will be returning for sure! We were complimented on our knowledge of mattresses and in no way felt we were being pushed into buying anything. We are getting it delivered to my daughters new apartment so we won't even have to move it at all. I decided to go in after seeing their July 4th sales ad on tv. I was a bit frustrated with the website so ended up going in person. Though I do prefer to shop online, I had a great experience with Andrea there and I did end up buying a queen size bed. She was very nice and very helpful, showed me many options on not just the bed, but also my pillow and sheets. Was it a bit more than I wanted to spent, of course, but they always are! and not just at this store. But it is a good bed, and a good investment for the next 10 years of sleep and it would have cost me more elsewhere. If it's possible to update this I will after it's been delivered tomorrow. read more
