I went there because I heard such reviews. People talking about good quality good at the time…read moreyeah I thought it was good at . Well there was multiple things that went wrong. The first thing charged me the wrong price for the that I got and when I got it, it wasn't even the correct piece of furniture. They never tried to make it right, I even contacted the owner and the owner never even made it right. I explained to him what happened when I went. He goes well. The salesman's are not allowed to change the price. The price is what it is. Well, that's not what they promise. I didn't realize that I was supposed to record what they actually said. And if he would've went and watched the cameras that day and to the footage because I was the only one in that store that day at that time and he would've saw it he would've saw which one we picked out I was pressured to sign the paper the that was delivered that day. The recliner was right, but the price for the recliner was even wrong. Me and my fiancé went together that day I will never ever go back to that place again or even suggest anyone going there. They hustled us and got away with it. The owner is a worthless piece of crap and the bad part of all this together they blocked on Facebook because I gave them a bad review. That's why there is no bad reviews of the company because they block anybody that leaves a bad review. So be careful double check your paperwork before you even leave the store, but I don't suggest it going there nor will I ever even refer them to anyone. I really feel like we got an advantage because I'm disabled, and sadly to say also because my fiancé was older. And even the most worst part of it, he's a veteran.

I ordered a bradington sofa and two reclining chairs from Hermans and I had terrible experience…read morewith the store and particularly the owner. I ordered the furniture in August 2021. I was given a March 2022 delivery date. More than a month after placing the order and paying the deposit, the sales person called me and said the sofa leather was discontinued. At that point I had already ordered a rug and coordinating chairs making it difficult to choose a replacement. Why didnt the sales rep confirm the leather color at the time of deposit??? When March 2022 came the sales rep called me saying there was a delay until April. In fact there were multiple other delays and the sofa was not delivered until August 2022 The sales rep never bothered to proactively call me with updates. Each time I had to call her after multiple missed delivery dates Additionally the sofa was initially delivered with a broken electric part for the reclining seat. Finally when the chairs were in, more than 1 year after ordering I called the store and asked for a discount for the second delivery charge and the lack of information. The extremely rude owner called and tried to say we're not going to sell you the chairs now, even though I had a sales contact and paid a deposit for the chairs. Unbelievable!! He finally agreed to deliver the chairs but said he wasn't going to handle any warranty issues even though that's the stores responsibility according to the manufacturer. Save yourself a lot of hassle buy from somewhere else!
