DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE, THEY ARE LIARS I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Mattress Firm. My fiancée and I decided to purchase a bed frame from this store based on the promise that we could try it for 30 days and return it if we weren't satisfied. Unfortunately, this turned out to be nothing but a blatant lie. After making the purchase, we quickly realized that the bed frame didn't meet our expectations. We contacted the company, hoping to take advantage of the supposed 30-day trial period. However, what followed was a frustrating series of phone calls with different representatives who all provided false assurances. Every time we called, we were told that someone else would contact us regarding the issue. This runaround continued for what felt like an eternity. Despite our numerous attempts to resolve the matter, the company consistently failed to honor their commitment and left us stuck with a product we were unhappy with. It's beyond disrespectful that a company would resort to such deceptive practices just to make a sale. The false promise of a 30-day trial period was nothing more than a ploy to get us to buy their product. I strongly advise potential customers to be wary of falling for their lies and to consider other, more trustworthy options in the market. In conclusion, Mattress Firm not only failed to deliver on their promises but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding this dishonest establishment altogether. read more

Waited until today to go to Sleepy's because my husband and I knew they have great holiday sales. Got a really good deal for a pretty sweet mattress and box spring set. Also got a pair of Sub-0 pillows and mattress protector at steep discounts. All in all, we made the purchase we intended and then some. The sales rep, Anthony was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses we looked at and had questions on. We felt he was also very honest with his opinion. He admitted to not being able to truly give a strong feedback on an item new on the market. That was fine by us. Better than to get a bunch of BS on how great something is when it may or may not be true just to make a sale. We also didn't feel pressured at any point to make a purchase or being pushing towards any specific product. After answering our questions, Anthony patiently let us make our own decision. This has been the 2nd time in a little over a year that we've gone to Sleepy's to get a mattress at the same location and both times had been really good experiences. read more

I came in looking for a mattress for my girlfriend, who for god knows whatever reason still slept on a spring mattress nearly two decades old. Since we've been dating, that meant I had to sleep on it too, and it had become a talking point to say the least. Anyway, I brought her in to test some out in person, despite her reluctance, and the gentleman working there named Pavel was very patient with us. I think we spent at least an hour talking about different options available, foam versus spring, the brands, their life span, pricing options. He was quite helpful. We must have tried nearly every bed in the store by the time we were done and definitely learned quite a bit. So I just walked into Sleepy's looking for a king sized mattress and walked out with an amazing deal. Firstly let me say I dealt with a salesman named Pavel he was first class, professional, courteous, and friendly. He made me feel really comfortable didn't rush me and spent over an hour making sure I got the best mattress that catered to my needs. The mattress I wanted wasn't in stock he got on the phone with his district manager and made it happen. Pavel I appreciate everything you did to help me and Sleepy's is very lucky to have someone like you selling their product if it wasn't for your politeness, knowledge, and accommodating personality I might of walked out and shopped elsewhere. When I went to Sleepys I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie. She was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door. It had been a very long time since I purchased a mattress and had so many questions about how to find the right mattress for me. After our Q&A she had me try several different mattresses and explained how each one would benefit me in getting good sleep. She helped me find the perfect bed that was comfortable and affordable for me. I got my bed over a week ago and it's amazing. I've slept comfortably since receiving it. I don't think I would have the perfect bed if it wasn't for Jackie and her efforts in really assisting me through the process of buying a new mattress. read more

Very knowledgeable of their merchandise. One of the guys working there, Pavel, was able to answer all the questions and advise the best fit for the customer's needs very well. I was able to try out different mattresses and pillows to see what fits best and choose accordingly. They have very good customer service on top of great quality products. I've been sleeping like a baby on my new mattress and pillow. Would definitely return, and recommend the place for someone who is looking for a perfect mattress or sleeping accessories to fit their needs. I recently purchased a Queen size adjustable bed in the Bensonhurst location. Its a very pleasant and laid back store where there are no pushy sales reps trying to sell you something you don't want. Which leads me up to Rachel. She is a young girl who is so professional, kind, and sincere. It was such a wonderful experience to have her help me out. Its a very stressful decision buying a mattress, where you're going to make an investment for not only a good nights sleep, but how a good nights sleep is linked with your health, which Rachel absolutely understands the connection. It was about 2 weeks ago and my fiancé and I we went to sleepy's on McDonald Ave and the customer service was awful! We decided to leave and go to 86th St Sleepy's. We were so happy we did. We worked with Joseph Fiorica and he was outstanding!! He took his time to explain what you should look for when buying a mattress. He was so informative to us in every way. I think the people working here are great, they took time to answer my questions, they were patient with my indecision and apprehensions , and we're very friendly and we'll mannered.
