The salesman even helped me set up a Yelp account, and assisted me in what I should write. I have since removed my review. Here is why. We followed the weekly end to end flipping instructions, but still developed a "hole" in the mattress on one side after 3 months of getting the new mattress. Of course the "warranty" had expired. We spent so much for the mattress we can't afford a new one, so my husband and I take turns sleeping in the hole. One will sleep in it until our back hurts to badly, then we will switch sides. Walked into Walker's to be greeted by a friendly guy named Tevis, who was recommended to me by my sister who he helped furnish her newly remodeled home. He did a great job of showing us a few things, then hung back and let us narrow it down to a few choices. We went back to him with questions and he was full up on the product knowledge, protection plans, and options for custom fabrics and pillows. Went back in a couple weeks later with flooring choices to match with the couch we selected, and Tevis had been tracking our order and had an update on when it would be delivered. Very happy with Walkers. Thanks Tevis!
