We followed the weekly end to end flipping instructions, but still developed a "hole" in the mattress on one side after 3 months of getting the new mattress. Of course the "warranty" had expired. We spent so much for the mattress we can't afford a new one, so my husband and I take turns sleeping in the hole. One will sleep in it until our back hurts to badly, then we will switch sides. The bedroom set we liked was on sale so I called back and spoke to someone who also was extremely polite and friendly just asking how long the sale was going on for. We decided to pull the trigger and go into the store Monday just a couple days after finding something we liked. The salesman who helped us this round also was extremely polite and friendly and made the entire transaction a breeze. We ended up buying a kitchen table and chairs along with our bedroom set as it was on sales and we just couldn't pass it up. Lead times on the bed set was great we've already confirmed that we can pick up this Sunday so we just waited 6 days for it to arrive. (we choose to pick it up ourselves because I'd like to save that hefty $350 delivery and set up fee) Our table and chairs before we purchased it we knew it was going to be 3-5 weeks for that to arrive which knowing that and not in dire need of it anytime soon is totally okay.. All in all we'll be back in a few months to buy more furniture as our experience has been nothing but positive thus far.

I'm walking my dog along the outside edge of the parking lot and the manager comes out of the building, walks all the way up to me and starts yelling at me that I let my dog poop without picking it up. she had only pee'd, so i invited him to go look for the dog poop with me! this made him more upset and he started yelling about private property (the grass between the sidewalk and the outside edge of the parking lot is not private). we finally see that there was never any poop, but alas he becomes angrier still and tells me im banned and threatens to call the cops. absolute loser behaviour. It was one of the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had in 70 years. The downside to all this was the delivery, I received a call from a gentleman at Walkers furniture, inquiring if I wanted my furniture delivered the next day, I readily agreed, he went on to explain that I would receive a call between 1700hrs and 2100hrs that night with a delivery time. Well that never happened, so the next day I called Walker furniture and was informed by my salesperson that in fact it was scheduled to be delivered that afternoon, they ended up delivering it early, so all turned out well. The delivery team informed me that they had been receiving complaints all morning from other customers stating they also had not received a call the night before. So, the bottom line is I personally hold people accountable for their actions and telling me they are going to do something and don't. Overall, I highly recommend Walker Furniture and their staff, especially are extremely courteous and professional salesperson she is the epitome of everything a salesperson should be so kudos to her. After dealing with that, I was ready to go home and just zip into Portland to go to IKEA and get a mattress, but we stopped in at Mister Mattress as one last ditch effort to get a mattress before Thanksgiving. Low pressure sales tactics and lower prices awaited us! I told him how much we wanted to spend, he asked if we needed a box spring, pointed out which ones were in our range, and let us know which ones he had in stock. He offered to get it delivered, but ultimately just helped us strap it to the roof of the car. He was friendly and polite, not pushing us to spend more or attempting to guilt us into buying a more expensive mattress.
