In an antique shop. Weird, right?! The person behind the counter snapped at them and said "we don't talk about mid century here. If you want to talk about that, get out of my shop." She was not polite, professional, or discreet about it. I immediately turned around and left,as did my family. I will never come into this antique shop again, neither will the three people who were in with me. As a matter of fact, I will recommend to everyone I know that they avoid The Roxy. This kind of behavior and attitude towards customers is outrageous and absolutely unacceptable. Don't go to The Roxy, you aren't free to hold a conversation!

To my boyfriend. She responded "its 3:35. You have 20 min." At 3:42 she loudly says "we're getting ready to close." Then at 3:48 she says loudly. We're closing. Right after my boyfriend calls for me and I say I'm heading for the door. Very unprofessional and rude. Do you close at 4pm? Or do you close at 3:48pm. Had we known you closed at 4pm we wouldnt have shown up. But since we're there we could browse quickly. Not sure I'm interested in coming back.

Everything seemed pretty reasonably priced and to be in pretty good condition. The best part of this store, to us, was the whole room dedicated to vintage records. It's decent sized, and I could have spent a very long time sorting through the bins. Unfortunately, there wasn't much organization to it, but I was impressed by the diversity.

Many of the vendors have great selections of vintage trinkets, dishes, etc., along with some homemade items. It's often one of our first stops when we're looking. It's a great size - large, but not overwhelming. It used to be mostly antique and vintage items, but it seems they've been allowing more and more new, and very gently used items in the store. I saw a faux tree in one booth that I had literally seen at Target just last holiday season. If they're going to continue to allow this, they should drop "Antique" from the name - it's not accurate. They have a 4% surcharge on all card transactions, so bring cash if you can!
