Walked in at 3:30pm. Was greeted with a rude "You know we close at 4 right". Not hi welcome in. Just a heads up we close at 4. I looked at my watch it said 3:30pm. I said "ok its 3:30." To my boyfriend. She responded "its 3:35. You have 20 min." At 3:42 she loudly says "we're getting ready to close." Then at 3:48 she says loudly. We're closing. Right after my boyfriend calls for me and I say I'm heading for the door. Very unprofessional and rude. Do you close at 4pm? Or do you close at 3:48pm. Had we known you closed at 4pm we wouldnt have shown up. But since we're there we could browse quickly. Not sure I'm interested in coming back. read more

Wow! I did not know other people were experiencing the same issue me and my boyfriend had! When ever it was that they implemented the new rule if you pay with card, you must show your id; is when I started to feel uncomfortable going to this store. Me and my boyfriend loved to go here. They had so much cool items. Speaking of items I do recommend checking the pricing of items online. Certain booths will highly overprice clothing simply because they are "trending". Anyways, my biggest issue has been the dealing with their new policy. I understand that they don't want any stealing to happen. However, they would always put us on the spot. I thought this was normal. Until I started realizing it would take me and my boyfriend for much longer to pay for our items. Sometimes I didn't have my id which caused it to be longer. Luckily my boyfriend had a school id of me. What really poked me as weird is when I payed with apple pay they still wanted to see a id. If you don't know anything of apple pay; it's basically a credit card within your phone. And in order to pay either you put your passcode or show your face , the face connected to your account. Now one of the cashiers understood this. Unfortunately one of them didn''t. I felt so picked on? Like did the other cashier not understand the concept of apple pay? My friend (Mia) told me that she had somewhat of a similar experience. She went into that store with her friend. Both of them where Mexican. Mia told me that the cashier said either to her or overheard them say "those kids look like trouble". I kid you not!! After seeing all the reviews of people's experience, I know it wasn't just isolated incidents. I feel so upset that in the year 2025 , someone can think like that. I always felt like they thought I was stealing. Which was so upsetting I loved getting my clothes and wall decor from there. The hard part isn't even having to find a new store. Ill be fine, there are plenty othered around the area, with better service. What wont be hard to move on, was the fact people who simply just wanted to buy cool items got profiled. That they must have stole these items because their POC and their poor. Is what it felt like to me. I am so genuinely sorry to all the people who have been wronged by this company. Very rude customer service. We arrived at 5:30 knowing they close at 6:00 we were told that we could look around for 10 minutes but they close at 6 o'clock. We said your sign says 6 o'clock they said yeah but we start shutting down at 5 o'clock. So we left. How do you tell 3 potential buyers you got only 10 minutes when you had at least 25 minutes. After waiting three years on the wait list I got a call from Ray, the owner, offering me a booth at Ragtime in the Richland Uptown. Boy, did I dodge a bullet. The owner didn't show up but a lady showed It to me and told me I "might get to use" the two bookshelves, and the glass case "might be available" and that I could paint the surrounding peg board and I should ask Ray for some lighting above. I looked up and a lot of the ceiling lights were out in the building including above what I thought was to be my booth. I made a mental note to ask for the lightbulbs to be replaced. That's when things turned sour. A couple of days later after gathering goods for the booth and designing a cool entry and sign, and spending several hundred dollars intending this to be a viable business for me, I texted Ray to address the unanswered booth questions from the tour. Oops, Ray does not like texts, and I started out by asking if texts were ok? A polite "I prefer a phone call" or "let's meet and get your questions answered" would have been preferred over his answer of "I think you might be better off somewhere else. you can pick your check up tomorrow. Thanks Ray" Unbelievable! Rude! Lazy! Do your job as owner Ray! Be there after 12:00 when you said you would be so the questions about what's permissible and what's there for my use can be answered up front. Was it my desire for lighting above the booth, or asking if the bookshelves were or were not available to me the thing that ticked you off? Oh, it must have been the request that the burned out neon liquor signs be removed from the above wall. Yep. That must have been the icing on the cake. Rude of me to want a $250 a month booth to reflect my business and not your run down nonepic 10x10. The whole thing about blaming a silent partner on the discriminatory refusal to allow me into the booth is a cop out. You and your store were not a fit for me. I have never been so mad at someone before but the lady at the counter pissed me off. My daughter and her friend went into this antique store in the uptown today. The woman working said the kids had to leave their bags at the front and they said ok and walked off to look around. I went a different way in the store and overheard her tell her co worker that those 2 kids look like the type to steal and she legit said one looks mixed and the other Hispanic and I don't need theft in my store. Racial profiling the kids, then proceeded to constantly check up on them asking if they needed anything and then she said something to my daughter's friend that this is not a playground and he said I'm looking for my friend ( my kid) and then she was like do you have a parent in here and I quickly found the kids and we left. I was getting so irritated we couldn't even enjoy ourselves because of this woman constantly watching and following the kids. I swear people these days need to knock it off because they weren't do anything wrong. This place deserves NO stars after today. read more

IF YOU'RE A KID OF COLOR THE EMPLOYEES WILL ASSUME YOU'RE SHOP LIFTING. Me as a Mexican teenager was looking around the store for clothes and I noticed the employees continued looking at me and asked if I would like to give them my clothes to put in the front of the store. At first, I thought it was a nice gesture but after looking at the review from Casey Davis, realized that there might be an underlying meaning. I was at the cashier about to pay with my parents credit card and they asked if I had an ID, which I didn't have so I called my parents and told them of their request of an ID. My dad then called the store and the lady at the register then shot back "we're not picking up the phone" mind you, THERE WAS A CALLER ID ON THE PHONE WITH MY PARENTS NAME VERIFYING THAT IT WAS HIS CREDIT CARD, but no- the lady refused to believe it was his card and we were trying to steal her crap. She was super disrespectful speaking to my father saying "you should never give your kid your card" and continued to be disrespectful. Finally after the call with my parent had ended she simply muttered "you're not getting anything today." YOU LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER. read more

This place used to be an old fabric store, and now it's an old-looking antique store, and it seems to work. The space is huge. It looks like several vendors hold spots in here and sell your variety of everything. As I walked from space to space, I thought we were having a summer thunderstorm because there were huge building-shaking booms every few seconds/minutes. Then I remembered there being a gym directly overhead. So yeah, as you're perusing the antique glassware, be aware Joe Meathead will be slamming 650lbs onto the floor above with authority. I was here to basically check things out, but I really did want to check out their vinyl (that's LP or record to you digital people not in the know!) ;) I saw tons of polka, classical, and christmas albums, but I did come across a handful worthy of picking up. I do have to mention spotting a Talking George Bush doll. I had to push its button to hear his eloquence, which I miss. Man, that thing was LOUD! The store is fantastic! Some of the people working there must hate their job, or at least the customers that come in. We frequently visit this store and the lady who works in the morning is great. She's friendly and wanders the store kindly chatting up the patrons. There are two other employees that we have had unpleasant encounters with that leaves a bad taste in our mouths. Love this store, just have to go in the mornings on weekdays. read more

I love this place and as a frequent visitor / buyer from Seattle it pains me to give them a 3 star rating but it's the best I can give them simply because of that dried up old crotch of a manager they have working there. Every single time I've stopped in and she's there she's been a complete bitch because I one negotiated a price for a quilt with one of the vendors after she told me said vendor would never negotiate prices or take a " lowball" offer like mine. Long story short, the vendor happily took my offer, the manager is still a burnout barfly looking thing that simply hates her meager existence. One of my favorite antique stores in the Tri-Cities. First off, this store is the largest and is packed full of different booths offering all kinds of vintage goods. I always feel like I'm on a treasure hunt in this store since I always find something. It's easy to spend an hour in the store just looking at everything. Since there are so many different sellers, you'll find items suited to every taste. Frequently a few of the booths will have a discount on items (typically 20% off). I've found great vintage jewelry, chairs, antique toys, tiffany lamps. About the rudest person I have ever encountered. The owner of this store asked me and my wife to leave the store because my son was crying he is 2 years old and he approached me with the time out symbol and asked us to leave his store. He either has never had kids or he never cried a child. As a customer and a parent he crossed the line. I will never go to that store for any reason and will spread the word to everyone I know about his childish reaction to my son crying. Vendor Review: After waiting on the waitlist for several months, I was excited to get my booth. It was a 10x8 and $2/s.f. per month, or $180/month and 5% on every sale. The staff was very helpful and professional. My disappointment is the slow traffic. The horrible front doors from when it was the old Sears store back in the day that hit you onthe butt on the way out, and filthy carpeting. My last check was the only one that was on time. No advertising to my knowledge, slow traffic for the amount of vendors and merchandise to move. I had 2 decent months, but only after dropping my prices to thrift store levels which lost me a lot of money. The business is only good for the owner! As a vendor, it is not a good deal. I dare say that most of the vendors are there as a hobby, not a serious, income producing business, except the owner. I closed my booth due to slow sales, and high rent, etc. read more
