We were shopping for a full size mattress for our granddaughter and Said did a wonderful job of assisting us. She was able to crawl on and lay on a bunch of various mattresses and she liked them all! Especially the adjustable base model that is out of our budget. But we settled on a 10" foam mattress. Said mentioned that this was the last one in stock. We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I received a text and a phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. Then the same 2 layer communication right before the two hour window saying they were on their way. The delivery of the bunkie board was right on schedule. My granddaughter loves her mattress!

We left the store to think about what we needed, and when we returned several days later, Moni was there to greet us. We explained the information from our insurance company and gave her the parameters on pricing. She went to work on the numbers and soon came back to us. She apologized that she was over a bit from the figure from the Insurance Company. We held our breath till she shared that it was $50 over. We all laughed then signed up. It will be here soon. There are two categories of fabric. One with no upcharge from the original price of the item and one that is more. They are hung on the wall in separate wall hangings. I chose a fabric with no upcharge, but when the item was ordered in the computer, the fabric I chose was upcharged!!! When I ask - the salesman said "a customer must have hung the fabric back in the wrong place". I chose another fabric and the item was returned to the original price - but there was NO attempt to go move the fabric I originally chose to the higher priced items.

It's sad these businesses don't offer incentives when writing an additional review for them on Yelp. I was asked by Joe, if I went to Google and gave them a review I'd get a gift. It was a $199 in price Bamboo King size pillow. This is the first time I've actually slept on a Bamboo anything. When I say, This pillow is SUPERB!!! I mean it. Thanks Mike & Joe from Cali. I contacted them because of the prices advertised. However, I paid what I'd pay anywhere else, so I'm not sure if I really got a deal. According to Chris, he designed the mattress that I purchased and the coil system is better than other brands. If that's true, maybe I got an amazing deal. I honestly don't know if he's a slimy salesman who was blowing smoke up my behind or if he's really that knowledgeable of mattresses and I really got the best deal ever. After reading the other reviews, I'm inclined to think that he blew smoke up my you know what. He was very flustered, talked really fast and just had an overall disingenuous demeanor. He reminded me of an addict craving a hit. I wanted to google the product and read the reviews, but all the invoice says is "Mcc8 14" King Mattress". Not sure how to feel, but I wouldn't recommend him. I came in for the $523 king sale. Sounded too good to be true. He was able to get me financing at no APR for 3 months, he worked right at the budget he was given. He was not pushy at all. Gary was kind and well educated within the mattress industry. I had gone to Mattress Clearance and decided to check out Mattress Firm before I bought anything with Gray. I thought of going to Mattress Firm since they are a corporate store as well as to review pros and cons, I can assure you that Mattress Firm sales people are hungry and very educated in their mattress knowledge, they quoted for almost triple for what I paid at Mattress Clearance. When I let the mattress firm know my budget it was as he was not interested in the sale anymore, which saddened me. I then went back to Mattress Clearance to get my furniture from there, Gary was able to get me a free pillow and a free mattress protection.
