There was only the manager, Keri Davis, working and she was helping another customer with a purchase. We were fine with waiting our turn, but she was very concerned that she was keeping us waiting. We assured her that were not in a hurry, and waiting was not a problem for us. We waited at least 45 minutes, which was really okay. When Keri got to us, she could not have been nicer, and took her time and answered all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable about her products, and very honest with her opinions which I really respect. We had a very good time with her. When it got to making our choices, she said that she wanted to reward us for being so patient about waiting all of that time for her. She gave us a great price for the mattress, gave us a free upgraded box spring, and free delivery. The delivery charge would have been $79.99. All together she saved us $354.00. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. She didn't have to do that. Mattress Firm should know that they have a first-rate employee that wants to give great customer service.
