He allowed us space while continually checking in with us, answering our questions and making suggestions. We didn't make a purchase that day but promised him if we returned we would ask for him. We returned a couple of weeks later, waited for Bobby to assist us and made the purchase. One of our questions was in regard to negative reviews for Ashley customer service. Bobby suggested that if we had any problems to come back and follow up with him. He would personally handle for us.
