I primarily came here because I was compelled to look for a beautiful, new, and vibrant dining set to add to my home. I did browse Bob's website before visiting. After browsing online and in-person, I proceeded with purchasing the Bettie 5 Piece Walnut & Multicolor Upholstered Round Counter Height Dining Set. The set featured the Walnut Counter Round Table, and chairs in the colors of Rust, Gray, Teal, and Avocado. With the inclusion of the 5-year plan of the furniture insurance, also known as "Goof Proof," the total came out to $554.91. I was extremely happy with the purchase because the dining set exceeded expectations with its modern, colorful look and value/affordability. The associate who assisted me with the entire purchase was Brianna. She presented herself as very knowledgeable and helpful. What particularly stood out to me was that Bob's had a cafe filled with complimentary drinks and treats for customers. There were ice cream sundaes, cookies, candies, coffee, and water. The offering of this enhanced the experience tremendously. Overall, I was highly pleased with my visit to Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store. I am truly in love with the dining set. The furniture prices are unmatched compared to other furniture store competitors. The cafe with complimentary refreshments was an added, unexpected bonus. I recommend stopping by.

Both Erica and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and patient beyond anything I deserve... They did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and a true part of the process rather than just another sale. Among the things he refused were several decorative vases and plants. It makes me wonder what they'll refuse next time.
