The store is run by a family who care about their customers & will look out for them. This place is a huge warehouse full of couches, living room furniture, beds, tables, and more. The stock on the floor is all brand new and at outlet pricing -- their stock fluctuates and is never guaranteed, so if you like something you better pick it up! You can check their facebook to do a little browsing but I highly recommend coming in to browse and sit in the furniture before you make a decision. One thing that really sold us on this place was the financing that was offered. It's something like 100 days with no extra fees to pay off your furniture -- after that marked date there's a pretty big markup. Here's the really nice part: the guy who owns the place will help you figure out if the piece you're looking at financing is a good financial move for you. He'll help you calculate what your monthly payments would work out to be and even advises you not to buy something if you can't pay it off within the time before the extra markup kicks in. You can tell that he cares about the customers and wants them to have a good experience. I appreciate that SO MUCH. We love our couch and actually just paid it off this week. It fits perfectly in our house - the store has measuring tape for you to borrow - and really elevates our living room. We paid probably $60-$80 for delivery from this location to St Louis Park. It was a no brainer. Delivery setup was easy and speedy. Just keep in mind that all sales are final and that their stock is here today and gone tomorrow!

My parents both have back issues and needed the best option for them to have their most restful sleep, and after I had slept a few nights in their bed, I knew it was also the mattress for us, and I always look forward to crawling into this wonderfully comfortable sleep palace. The Orthopedic Super Pillow Top Mattress (we both have the King set) is seriously magical, we are so happy with it, even though it was a bit steep to buy as college students, it is an important investment. We've given them over $3K, and about to be doing another $1K+ but considering we spend over 1/3 our lives sleeping & these babies are supposed to last 10-12yrs+ (warranty is 12 yrs, I believe), it is WORTH IT! I spent over 2 1/2 hours sifting through what appeared to be a very large selection of rugs, only to learn once I narrowed down my search to my top 3 choices, two of those three were no longer available to order (but still in the showroom as available samples). I moved on from my rug to choose my custom couch. The order was entered so I assumed all was good - yay! Nope! One week after ordering, I received a phone call stating the material I chose was no longer available and I needed to make another selection - which also meant changing my four accent pillows and returning the rug that I had purchased elsewhere. Lastly, our recliners were standard (non-custom) orders. We were given a delivery date of up to 12-15 weeks out! Because we were exhausted in this purchasing process, we agreed. Now, here I am....15 weeks out with no update. I called to check on the status of our order, only to learn it has been pushed out another 6-8 weeks - for STANDARD recliners! Prepare yourself for what appears to be great variety and selection in their showroom, but then learning, it really isn't an option, as well as 5-6 months to get your order! If we weren't already months into this process, I would cancel for sure!

Wow, they really screwed us over. We paid a lot for this POS; the frame broke, ALL THE CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS went FLAT, the fabric is scratchy, (they talked us out of a different fabric because it would take up to 6-7 months to receive said couch, not to mention that the original couch we initially picked was a complete different layout etc. We went to the salesman to purchase "our dream couch" and come to fond out after 20-30 minutes it was unavailable because it had a wrong display marker). We had to start all over again, after hours of deciding. (We live almost two hours away, work weekdays, and it was during Covid. We wound up picking this POS for over 3500. We desperately needed new nice furniture, and this is what we got. Huge disappointment. We splurged, all we got was this POS, horrible and rude customer service, no resolutions.
