I haven't purchased this furniture yet but I am doing the research. Did you know that the frame and hard items have a lifetime warranty? They do. The covers on this furniture is held on by velcro and is easily removed for machine washing or you can replace a fabric if damaged/stained. You could purchase new fabric instead of replacing your furniture. You can get this life-long set up or buy 8 couches or so in your lifetime. It is expensive but I feel that it is a good value. They are easy to work with to get you a quote so you are aware of the cost of what you want. Check this out. read more

They say they provide lifetime warranty, but do not honor that claim. I have two super sacs that no longer stay fluffed, and just trying to get the foam to get them back to looking fluffy. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops to prove you purchased the love sacs and once you do they convienanty stop responding to your emails. Only to make you start the process over again. Anyone else having this same issue, you would think love sac could afford to send you the replacement foam they promised at time of purchase when their products are extremely overpriced already. read more

Reprehensible customer service and bad impression of product. We had been considering a piece from their competitor, CordaRoy, for some time and walked by here noticing that they too sold "bean bags," so I walked in and sat down in one of their giant "sacs" that was near the entrance. It was uncomfortable but I wanted to give the product a chance and explore a bit more, so I sat there and waited for a sales associate to come over. One did, after staring at me for about half of a minute from across the room. I explained that we had been looking at the the CordaRoy's and wanted to know what made the Love Sac better, to which the sales girl shrugged her shoulders and replied "they aren't our competitor" with no further information. She continued to stare awkwardly, and seemed to be waiting for me to be enamored by her product instead of answering my question or perhaps apologizing for her rudeness. I was interested in looking at some of the other pieces of furniture but she offered no information other than to tell me that a "19 year old kid" had come up with the name, which I find to be ridiculous and inappropriate. I won't even be considering their product again and have ordered the CordaRoy which was extremely comfortable and was sold by someone with actual customer service skills. read more

Ever since perpetually pretty much breaking my couch every time I sat on it while prego, I've vowed that some day I could have a 'prego paradise' for the next couch. (Friends reading -- this is not a prego announcement!) Having a 'non-commital' (to some extent) couch to which it can be rearranged on added onto in the future made the decision to invest easy. The other perks of the fabric being machine washable and EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE make it easy for me to justify the black Friday splurge. The store is filled with a couple models and helpful staff to help you understand what you want/need. There are some blocks that they can model for you as well to get an idea of how your space will look. Pro-tip: Take a photo of how your blocks are setup so you remember once your comfy couch paradise arrives! read more

Wow...where to begin?!? I cannot say enough great things about our whole experience with Lovesac, from the level of excellent service we received while working with Ry and Ellen to the superior quality of the furniture!! My husband and I had visited the Mall of America Lovesac store years earlier and we decided when it was time for new furniture this is what we wanted. Long story short, in July my husband injured his knee and couldn't get comfortable on our worn out furniture so we knew it was time to check into purchasing some new furniture. I called the store to ask a few questions but got voicemail so I just figured I'd call back later. To my surprise, the phone rang back right away and the store manager Ry was calling back to see what I had called about. I explained the situation about my husband being in recovery and Ry offered to come and do an in-home consultation. He brought Ellen along and they thoroughly explained how the furniture can be assembled in many different designs and helped us figure out exactly how many pieces we'd need for the rooms we planned to put the furniture. The excitement they both shared about Lovesac was exactly what we needed to confirm our order! After the order was placed Ry was in regular contact with us about the status of the furniture delivery and the covers (unfortunately our covers were on back order but they were total worth the wait!! - seashell polylinen). Ry's assistance and attention to our order was so exceptional - I felt like we were old friends when we'd only just met! Ry's personalized customer service skills are like no other!! Because of the size of our order, Ellen offered to assist with the set up of our furniture and covers due to my husband not being able to help and because it would be a big job for me tackle alone. Her help was extraordinary! She was so amazingly knowledgeable about Lovesac and her passion for the company and product was infectious! She's such an intelligent and sweet person and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase furniture to connect with Ellen. She's fantastic!! This review is less about the store and more about the actual product. For our specific need (flexible and large seating area for our disabled daighters) the Supersac with Rhino cover has been a phenominal purchase. It's holding it shape well, is easy to reconfigure, and the cover makes it very resistant to staining. The store prices are less than the online version. I doubt I'll ever own a second chair but right now count me as a believer. read more

I am no where near the financial security I would need to be in to buy anything from LoveSac - the prices are up there. Like waaaay up there. That being said, for reals, these were the most comfortable things I've ever rolled around on in my entire life and I've rolled around in pudding before (don't ask, it wasn't sexy). The girl who was working out of the outlet in the Mall of America was very fun to talk to and didn't mind at all that we were sitting in there, even though we made it clear that we weren't going to be able to buy anything. I feel like I have a decent sense of when a salesperson is trying to hijack my mind but I was effectively sold. The furniture is very comfortable and practical, as well as customizable. Because Lovesac isn't everywhere, they offer skype counseling. You can give them a call and allow them to look at the space you plan on decorating to recieve their input. Normally when people give me their cards, I put them in my "special business card place" (the trash) but I actually kept this one. I pinned it on my fridge next to all my other important papers ie: pizza take out menus and wedding invitations. There will come a day when I finally rob that bank with the chained up pens and when that day comes, I will fill my entire house with objects from this store. read more

The folks at this store are very helpful and willing to talk you through all their products without being pushy. I already own a large supersac, which was a better purchase than we ever thought it would be. It was a great hit with every child (and many adults) visiting in our basement rec room! We sadly lost it in a flood, but after much begging from the kiddos, replaced it this Christmas. It held up phenomenal well for 5 years, who knows how long it would have lasted if it had been able to exist past the water damage. We are so pleased with the quality, that we are now considering a purchase of the modular couch. Even knowing that I was not from the area, and would probably need to purchase online, the store employees were more than happy to demonstrate, and give me personal assistance in narrowing our choices in person. I have been a decade long fan and customer of Lovesac. I have had a long standing relationship with the associates at this location and after deciding I needed to complete my living space, I soon learned my favorite associate was moving on! She left me in the hands of Ry. Ry was an associate I had not met prior, but he picked up exactly where she left off. When I say we were family from the start, I mean this man had no hesitation. He bent over backwards to make sure the design and selection of the piece I decided on (the M lounger) was precisely what I wanted and fit exactly what I needed accordingly. He was a saint! On that fateful day, which I decided to purchase, he came in after hours and walked me through the whole process step by step which was especially helpful since I was unable to be in-store that day! And I'll be honest we had a slight hiccup, but family is family as I like to say and Ry mended the situation again without hesitation. The customer service was outstanding! Now for the product. We started with a simple 4 seats 5 sides configuration, but I soon realized that for what i was hoping to accomplish this was inadequate. We progressed to larger selections and soon found that the M lounger was plus a side was exactly what I needed! There was never a moment of urgency or pushing towards the larger selection, Ry did very well at letting me decide and helping me see what each selection could offer me. Now for the design. We had been looking at so many couches at this point that I had nearly forgotten that I got to accommodate more than just my seating needs. Their store is draped with the finest linens a couch could desire! I chose mine to be dressed in a corded velvet in granite. I can say for the folks at home, it passes the naked test and its so comfortable you'll never want to have guests again! I should also say that I upgraded my fill to Lovesoft, on the sole factor that my covers were free(flash sale!!), and let me tell you! Talk about have the full package... you won't put your husband out on the couch ever again, because he might not come back to bed! Its that F@!$in' comfortable! So if you're reading this... It's not too late! Get your ass down to Lovesac and treat it! read more

My husband and I came into Lovesac the day of their flash sale not expecting to buy anything. Katie showed us how their furniture is like legos and how the whole couch is washable! We absolutely fell in love with the design and shipping only takes 2-3 weeks. We had gone to other stores this week that didn't know their product knowledge, but this store is so unique. I felt like she really cared about us and was great with our crabby kids! The customer service was so above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something different and versatile! I had no clue there was a furniture store in the Mall of America.
