The all foam mattress was too bouncy and the sides didn't support you when you sat on the edge. We have purchased from The OMF before and we went back to them again. Ray was great in allowing us to make our own decision and scheduling delivery. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and would recommend The Original Mattress Factory to anyone.

My wife and I bought twin adjustable beds with mattresses. The warranty, along with assurances from…read morethe salesperson, induced us to make the purchase with confidence. We had a severe problem with the mattresses while still under warranty. They sagged badly and did not keep their shape with no one on them. We both got bad sleep and aches and pains in lower back, shoulders and hips. I had to change position so often I told my wife it was like trying to sleep while on a rotisserie. We called the factory and found out their warranty is nothing more than a dirty joke. They sent a "dude" from the factory who showed up with an "I'm not going to warranty your mattress" attitude right from the moment we answered the door. I laid a board from the top to the bottom of the mattress and showed him with a ruler that it dipped where you would lay by several inches. He said "Yeah but it doesn't dip ENOUGH". He would not say how much it had to sag before they would warranty it. I showed our receipt, the warranty and the failure of the product. NONE OF IT MATTERED. THEY JUST WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY NO MATTER WHAT. Our only choice was to file suit at a high cost to us or chalk it up to being ripped off which is what I feel they counted on. As a result they screwed us on the warranty even though it had not expired, we had our receipt and their product clearly failed. We had to go elsewhere to buy a quality mattress to replace the trash they sold us. WE WLL NEVER BUY FROM THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY AGAIN.

Their wrapping paper is always unique, and I can usually find cards for any occasion. I also like the high quality gift items in the store, even if some of them are out of my price range. On visits where I didn't have kids with me, the service inside the store was helpful and friendly. Parking is shared in a huge lot, so there's usually a lot of it. The only downside is that during peak times, the area can be really crowded and take awhile to get in and out of. I try to visit earlier in the day or on a weekday to help avoid this. I know Hallmark is a chain, but prefer the small local feel of the shop. I'll be back and recommend others visit as well!

Nowadays nobody's willing to wait anymore , everybody's in such a rush and I was totally impressed with her gesture. I will always get my cards from Amy's Hallmark now! It also supports a local business so that makes it even better!
